Golfer Reviews
Great value
Fairways in great shape, most greens are better than average for a public course. Bunkers are another story ... essentially just a bare spot - minimal sand.
But with a senior rate of $30 with cart it's hard to beat.
Awesome value
Great value for your buck. A lot of greens in rough shape but still very playable.
nice course two bad greens hopefully will improve soon.
Friendly Staff.
Great Value
The course continues to be the best value in the Savannah/Hilton Head area. While a couple greens were a bit brown. Putting was not compromised. The course's condition has continued to improve over tha past couple years.
Ever since the course changed ownership the course condition has not got back to what it used to be
Never again
I rarely ever write reviews but I have to for my last round at Rincon. This was my first time playing the course and granted it had rained the morning of the day we played. But PLEASE do not trust any 4/5 star reviews you see for this course. Even if they knew a major tournament was going to be played here with two years of lead time - they would not be able to get this course into a playable condition. The greens were truly in awful condition and the fairway's weren't much better. Tee boxes were terrible. I can't believe we had to play cart path only because there's no way it would have made even the slightest difference.
