Still need a Marshall
Course was ok. The water was broken for a bit and there are some spots in worse shape than others, but not horrible. The sprinklers/pump are fixed now, so supposedly improving.
A Marshall is needed to move the very slow players who fall 2 plus homes behind. We had 3 groups backed up on 8, with two more on 7. The group on 9 were at least 2 full homes behind.
Luckily, they were only playing 9 and the back 9 was much faster.

Fun day out
The course was in good shape. Several wet spots but understanding given the recent rain, also the greens were in really good shape. Restaurant experience was also good.

The greens were in excellent shape, but the fairways and tee boxes were very hard. Very difficult to get a club under the ball. The pace of play was ridiculously slow.

Cut the ruff
Great conditions, great weather, need to cut grass on sides still very high. Need more staff in restaurants for drinks.

Dry
Santa Rosa had 40 inches of rain this year and the course is bone dry. What is the deal? Also many trees need to be trimmed, tee boxes are small hallways and greens are impossible to hold with dry greens and large tree branches protecting them.

Play moved along excellent almost no waiting at the tee. We had a great time. We will do it again.
