The course is in great shape. Greens were fast. Play was a little slower than I like but tolerable. All I. All a real good muni course.

Unplayably soggy. Layout and greens seem good
The course was unplayably soggy when we played. While it’s been a rainy month it hadnt rained in like 3-4 days prior to the round. We were warned when checking in that it was wet and we’d lose balls in the fairway but the course should not have been open. I can’t recommend this course if it has rained in California the month you’re looking. Because it was so unplayable and they still took our money and sent us out I can’t really recommend the course which is a bummer cause the layout and the greens seemed really nice.

Mud Pit
Great course when it’s dry. But do NOT play when it has rained. The course requires at least a couple weeks to dry out. It’s a swamp.

Too much mud and water on the fairways
I know it's rained a lot the past month. 3-4 days of sunny weather and still course was so muddy. could not even use a push cart on fairways.

Bad irrigation system, felt like I was playing in a mud pool all around. Recommend playing in summer only.

This is a beautiful and challenging course. It's about an hour's drive for me, yet I look forward to playing here again soon. The drive is worth it.

Turn Off The Sprinklers!
Course was extreamly muddy( Clean the ball every shot) although it has not rained in more than a week.. There is a storm in the forcast that is going to bring 3" of rain and they are still watering the course. The Greens are Nice considering everything else.
Turn them Off... The grass will not die!
