Should be more popular
Nice course at a reasonable price in the West Valley. There are some nicer courses but they’re priced accordingly. The cheaper courses aren’t nearly as nice.
Great Course
Greens are in amazing condition, probably the nicest I’ve seen for this time of year. There are some spots throughout the course that are being repaired off of the greens, but they’re doing it right. Pace of play was great also. Aside from that, this was my second time playing and the staff member Ole has been by far one of the nicest staff members out of all the courses I’ve been to, wish they were all like that. Worth the 40 minute drive from Gilbert!

Good overall BUT...
The course was in good condition, staff was great, cruising along for about 8 holes and then met up with a single waiting on a foursome, that was waiting on a 5 some. WHY there should never be a 5 some out on the course. The range drove by 3 times and no mention of the hold up or even saying he was trying to push them along. Played front in about an hour then 2.5 hours for the back. Come on people.

Good shape despite being remodeled
Everything is in pretty great shape you can tell PV’s demo mode with work being done on almost every hole but it didn’t effect the round at all. You can tell this course will be very nice In a few weeks.
Service is always top tier. I always play with nice people when I come here so that’s a plus. Pace of play was very fast the two of us got done 18 holes in exactly 2 hours 55 mins. Didn’t have anyone pushing us and we weren’t ontop of the group ahead of us either.
I always love coming here for a good round of golf.

South/west course
Very pleasantly surprised on the condition of both courses. Especially the west course 7 days after aeration. Will be back when the north course opens up.

Summer in Phoenix
The course was very dry and the greens were like concrete. I wouldn't play here again in the summer if it's going to be like this.
Thank you for playing with us and for the feedback. Our irrigation system has been down for emergency repairs. Water has been restored as of 6/21 and we will be working around the clock to soften conditions. We hope to see you again in the near future.
A little burnt up
I love palm valley. Great course layout and great value for the money.
Right now the fairways are a bit burnt up. But the prices reflect that.
Still a great staff, great amenities, great layout. I always approve of palm valley.

Palm Valley
It was a great day. A little windy but not so bad to ruin the day. After eight holes the pace slowed down considerably. It was still a great day on a great track. Can't wait to play again.

Not worth a Dime!!
AVOID this place at al costs this summer!!
This course is in terrible shape and its all over. We played the South/West. The fairways have large spots where there is no grass just dirt. The greens are the same. They must have not taken care of it at all thru the winter. Every other place in Phoenix has been in great shape with all of the rain we got in the fall and early winter.The greens may have been a 9 on the severe downhill on one hole. They were extremely bumpy everywhere and they were NOT recently punched. The bunkers are even worse. Large rocks and way too much sand in some and no sand in others. I have played here over 50 times over the years and this is by far the worst i have ever seen it. I will NOT be back! EVER!!
We are disappointed to hear that you did not enjoy your round of golf. We are transitioning from our Winter Rye Grass to Summer Bermuda and will continue to do so over the next couple of months. We hope you will revisit us in the future so we can provide an improved experience.
