We had to play the same nine holes twice, as a tournament was being held on the other 18. This would not have been a problem except we were not notified of this beforehand, and there was no reduction in the rate.

Very Enjoyable Round
This course exceeded my expectations. From the friendliness of the staff at arrival to a course with a solid layout in excellent condition and a fun round played in 3.6 hours as a foursome, everything was great. And with the cost of golf in the greater Phoenix area in January, the cost was reasonable. Would play again for sure if only to challenge the 9th hole on the North Course again!

Highway Robbery
This golf course has a good layout and could be a really good golf course but it’s not.
We played on a Saturday. Greens are very slow. Tees and fairways hadn’t been cut for several days. Bunkers are so poorly looked after. Bare spots all over the place. The lack of care is absolutely ridiculous for the green fees they charge. Taking full advantage of fools like us that actually pay such a price to play such a dump. We knew it was overpriced when we booked but did not expect the conditions to be this poor. The owner is filling their pockets with money. Certainly not putting anything back into the golf course.

We’re glad you enjoyed the course layout, but we take your concerns about course conditions very seriously. The items you mentioned — green speeds, mowing schedules, bunker conditions, and overall turf presentation — are areas we work hard to maintain daily. Weekend play in peak season can present unique challenges, but that does not excuse an experience that feels below the standard our guests expect, particularly at our posted rates.

Oversees Season
It would have been nice to know in advance that the driving range and practice facilities were closed. Overall experience was still good though.

Course conditions
Played out here many times over the years. Course conditions were bad. Long uncut grass on tee boxes, fairways and the greens were dreadfully slow. Bunkers had been worked on years ago but they’ve gone untreated and hard clay is under the sand so your wedge just bounces in bunker and a skull shot is inevitable. The practice green wasn’t mowed and cups had grass growing over the holes

Great course and fairly priced
The course is great condition for this time of the year. The course layout is pretty good for it being to 9 hole courses. I was def impressed with the tee boxes and greens
Not a fun format..
So they have three 9 hole courses that are well maintained. The greens were slow/ overgrown but they may have cut them by now. Only complaint is with the mixing of 3 courses you are sure to hit a snag at the turn and have to wait 30 mins or more to start back up. It's just not fair to your patrons. I probably won't be back.

I took my son out for his 1st round of golf, and we had a great time!
Overall, the course is in really good condition. The greens are in good shape, as were most of the fairways. It's been a long time since I played here, but we'll be coming back for sure.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by not being informed in advance that a tournament would impact course rotation and that you would be playing the same nine twice. Clear communication is extremely important, especially when it affects the structure of your round and overall value.
While tournament play is a normal part of operations, guests should absolutely know ahead of time if their round will differ from the traditional 18-hole routing. We are reviewing our booking and communication procedures to ensure this type of situation is clearly disclosed moving forward.
We also understand your concern regarding the rate. Perceived value is directly tied to expectations, and we regret that we did not align those properly in this case.
