About
Nestled in the foothills of the Conejo Valley, Los Robles Greens Golf Course is less than 40 miles from L.A. but feels much further thanks to the beautiful mountain surroundings. It sits at 900 feet above sea level and tumbles across a variety of elevation changes. The towering, mature oaks that line the fairways characterize the course. The diverse layout offers both wide and narrow fairways, water hazards, and thick cuts of rough. The undulating greens are also lightning fast. The course is a fair challenge but still gentle enough to appeal to a range of skill levels. Although it is a public golf course, the beautiful setting and excellent course conditions gives Los Robles Greens the feel of a private club, which makes it a great value for the price.

Greens were inconsistent
Putted on the putting green and seemed like they were rolling good but the course greens were slow and inconsistent. Seemed a bit Sandy so not sure when they aerated or if they got pencil punched.
Bunkers sucked but luckily I only hit the right one on the first hole.
Layout was average I guess.
I’d recommend the course if the greens were in better shape.

First time playing at this course and really enjoyed it. Great staff and challenging layout.
Great course / good conditions
Pace of play was good finish around 4 hrs. Conditions of the course was great in most spots, fairways and greens were excellent. Rough was overgrown on many hole and very penal especially around the greens. The greens were in beautiful condition and rolled at a decent pace. The layout is challenging, which makes it interesting. A lot of elevation changes and tree and bunkers in strategically placed to make shot placement critical. Staff are always pleasant and professional.

First and will definitely be a next time
I was really impressed with this course. The hardest part of play was how fast the greens were but you get used to it…kind of. I let my friends know while I was playing that they need to come play this course. Good layout, very well maintained, just an enjoyable place to play.
Caution: Slow Play competition in progress.
Today was the first time in six months that I was able to book a tee time that theoretically could be finished by sunset.
After multiple traffic jams on the way to the course, I arrived to find out that play was already backed up by a considerable margin due the logistical difficulties of coordinating this particular regional junior tournament.
We were able to play 12 holes in four hours due to the abysmal lack of organization and unnaturally slow play of the competitors.
