Great Sunday
My friend Carlos and I went to play the east course on a Sunday morning. The conditions of the the course were great. Just a touch of aeration that will clear up in a week or so. We had a great time out there. The price was great too!! We will definitely be back there to play soon!!! It’s nice to see a golf course not take advantage of price gouging!! Even on a Sunday!!! Thank you again to everyone at blue rock golf course !! Keep up the great work!!!

They need to get more carts
They never have enough cart’s on the weekends, I had the tee time at 2:00 pm and of course no carts, so they make you wait until more cart’s come in from people finishing their rounds. There were a couple other groups in front of us waiting for carts so we started playing half an hour later. If they are selling a service they should make sure they can keep with the flow. I will be thinking twice to come back to this place.

Worst dealings I’ve had at Blue Rock …
Let me start by saying normally I have never had any issues with Blue Rock Springs GC. This time around I was very disappointed. I booked my round Sunday morning for a Tuesday morning start with no indication of any issue on the course. Then on Monday my friend tells me that he can join me if there’s an opening available. I take a look and find that there is an opening, but now the course shows that it will be conducting an aerofication. I tell my friend that I’m alittle disappointed that they didn’t say something the day before or that they should have at least offered a discount. Anyways my friend said he’d join me. Then today when we get to the course not only is the course performing an aerofication but they closed the front nine without notifying anyone or at least placing a flag on the Golfnow site. Also, when I told them that I had two - single reservations made for our start time, I was told I made them 10 mins apart. I luckily took a snapshot of both my reservations showing I booked them for the same time. This won’t keep me from coming back, but unfortunately I felt cheated this go around.

Payment Process needs to be fixed
Your process of charging all reservations to one person makes it difficult for friends to play. We would like to make a reservation with a charge card but allow players to pay individually. If there is a "no show" then charge the card.
We've quit coming to the course because the person who makes the reservation must pay for all players and then collect money from them. We have a group of 12 players who like to play together but it is too much trouble to collect checks or cash from each player to reimburse the person who made the reservation.
Blue Rock is the only public course in the area that has this payment policy. We're forced to play at other courses. We miss Blue Rock.

Needs Mowing
The pace of play was slowed because the grass adjacent to the fairways and greens was so long, one would have to be right over their ball to see it. Needs mowing

Good weather slow play
Round was ruined by a slow foursome that was 3 holes behind and caused an almost 5 hour round.
