Blue Rock Springs GC East
Great to be playing this course after 2 years. Excellebt layout. Tee boxes, fairways n greens generally in OK/good condition. Challenging, long course with elevation changes and undulating greens. Would definitely play the course again.

Nice canyon and bay views
Played from the tips just under 6200 yards and found the course to play much longer based on uphill elevated greens and narrowish fairways that make you inclined to club down. If you're off target expect to have tricky sidehill lies. Very nice mountain golf with wonderful views and an interesting layout. Greens were quick and full of breaks and tiers. 90 degree cart rule seems to help keep the fairways in pretty good shape.

Nice time
Only issue we had was that some of the fairways were almost bare with very little to no grass.

Challenging yet fair
It’s been years since I’ve played east course. You can’t beat the price in relation to the course condition. Course still in good shape. There are some patchy Fairways but to be expected for a public course. Seen worst with higher green fee. It is challenging yet fair when you hit good shots. There’s a lot of elevation changes. Walkable for young at heart but I would recommend riding to enjoy view and keep up with pace. Greens are still quick which I prefer. Could easily 3 putt or more if not careful. Pace of play was great considering we had noon ttime based from other reviews. Definitely will play this course again. Great job for the staff.

Get some golf carts
Get some golf carts...Only drawback 15 minutes to 35 minute wait for carts to go play.

Too few carts
Had 2:26 tee time, but due to lack of carts, did not start until 2:45. Then pace of play was so slow, only got 13 holes in. Very disappointing.

I liked it!
Course was in good shape, except for some wet areas, greens were great!....pace of play not so hot, but better than it has been.
The young lady at the club house was great.

Great Course but too busy
The course is great, staff is friendly and it is definitely a great value. The only downside is they are extremely busy as every golf course is. It is just thought to wait 45 minutes after checking for your cart and get it only 3 minutes before your Tee time. Ended up skipping the 9th hole to get in front of a slow 4some.

great local course
This course has length and elevation changes that makes it a challenge especially on the uphill par 5. Maintenance is good and the layout of the course is good.

Great shape
I play this course often and it was looking really good. Pace of play was pretty good considering it was a day before a holiday and everyone is out playing golf now. Will always play this course!!
