Candlewood Country Club

A well designed course with complex, lightning fast greens and well maintained fairways. I enjoyed my round, and was impressed when a foursome of members let our fast threesome play through with friendly encouragement.

Course is great! Staff is not friendly and dismissive.

Greens were moist to hold approaches, but footprints were not coming back very quick. The greens were not very consistent in regards to their firmness, but overall a fun day was had by all. And Hey we even learned things too...

Be good and get better (if you have time to practice), or have fun and learn things...

First time playing here and would definitely come back and play. It’s bit short more of municipal course but in great shape and fun lay out. 5 handicap here and thought it was worth the money. I look forward to coming back. PACE OF PLAY was great mid week morning.

Great play, would like to see a cart girl out there to serve a drink.

Overall very nice track. Range Balls were included in the price which was a nice bonus. The layout is decent with some narrow fairways/landing areas. A few tee boxes had some fertilizer and, as advertised, the greens are still recovering from being aerated. Greens should be nice in 2-4 weeks. Track is slightly shorter, but that doesn’t mean you don’t have to be wise with your shot selection. Only negative part was the pace of play due to a couple of slow foursomes. Talking with other golfers who had golfed here before, this was an anomaly so I didn’t put too much into it.

Excellent course, friendly staff, would have given 5 star all around but off course amenities closed per pandemic

I really enjoyed playing Candlewood and was very please with the set up of the course. My first take was how beautiful the course looked but what make it so much better than most other courses was the speed on the greens. "fast". I can't wait to play Candlewood again.
