Nice well kept Course with moderate challenging level. Great putting greens. Great fun without having to travel for long way for San Gabriel Valley golfers.

we had no one in front or behind us. Perfect day and the course was in great condition.

Good layout and quick round made for a nice afternoon. The greens were in good shape and soft. The 19th hole was on the patio and the staff was very friendly.

Candlewood is a top level private golf club that lets the public play occasionally for an affordable fee. Excellent on every category.

Course far more challenging due to limited roll on

somewhat tight fairways; plus hilly terrain. Greens

were excellent, held well and rolled true. Fairways

were, on balance, in very good condition. Course

has park-like appearance; was quiet, peaceful and

thoroughly enjoyable.

The experienced was greatly enhanced by the

friendliness of staff - especially Mat in the pro

shop. The drive was a little more than I am used

to but I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Wouldn't think it is as big as it is until you're on the course.

Challenging for an 18 or 4 handicap

though we were behind a super slow four some that put us behind about 45 min first 9 holes, did not see a course ambassador to try to speed things up,had to politely ask to jump and skip a hole to move on , after that ,played at good pace and had a good back nine,good weather ,good time lots of trees which i like for shade purpose, though fairways were a bit rough,but over all nice course,yes i would return,thank you

Nice practice range and chipping area with round of golf was a bonus. Restaurant food was tasty on the patio . I went healthy with the fried chicken sandwich that was recommended but club house guy.

A good challenge. Not a cookie cuter layout. Holes very unique.

Short, so of course the greens are tough. Really fun course in great shape.

What a fantastic course! I thought because of how short the course is it would be a cake walk. Man was I wrong. A beautiful, classic and tree lined course with absolutely perfect greens are all the trouble you could ask for. Bring your A game or you’re going to throw up a big number.
