Rating 71.1

The Championship 18 Course at Foothills Golf Course is one of three courses at the Foothills facility, but it is the only 18-hole course of the three. Built in 1971, Dick Phelps designed the course. The public course is 6,908 yards at its championship tees. Although the course is relatively flat, there are some hills that cause uneven lies. The course features other difficulties as well. Pretty lakes and creeks create water hazards that come into play on some holes. The greens are bent grass while the fairways are covered in Bermuda grass. There is also a putting green and on-site teaching pro to help golfers with their game.

Hidden treasure

Course is a little hidden so use GPS! Staff was very friendly but what impressed me most was the layout of the courses, pace of play and the view. The holes are fair, greens were a little bumpy but in good condition for being April in CO. Worth the money spent!

Great Value and Good for Every Golfer

For the Price the golf course is exceptional. If you play the front Teebox in if you're a high handicapper , it can be super easy and fun, or if you want more challenge it's just as hard for a low handicapper or from the back tees. The staff is friendly and. I recommend going.
