Overall enjoyed playing the course. Staff was super! Putting green, chip, sand, and range top notch! A handful of tee boxes were poorly designed as you had to wait for foursome to tee off before approaching. There’s a severe layout on the back maybe 16 or 17 holes. Backyards and people at their homes could be potentially injured if hit by a ball. Once kinks are worked out and clubhouse, bathrooms, and restaurant are available; I’ll be coming back for sure!
Great value
2nd time playing Wellen Park. The course is in very good condition and if you want to play from the #1 or #2 tee it becomes quite long and challenging. You are indeed in the middle of construction so not the nicest ambience and off course amenities are non-existent. But great value when you book with GN.

Great course…the fairways & greens are not fast…they are FAST-FAST…rockets

New course
Nice course layout. No amenities yet. Many homes under. Construction around/right on the course which can be a bit of a distraction. Very good value however if you get a good GN green fee.
Second time
Again a great day, but pretty windy.. The amenities right now are not yet 5*****. I can’t wait until the clubhouse and everything gets finished.
Another great round at Wellen Park
Everyone at this course is very friendly, it's a new club so check in is in a trailer and porta poties for the rest rooms, but the course is always in great shape. Friendliest cart service in Florida from Kelly!
New Course, environment still unter construction
New course, I like the layout. Nice and fast greens. It’s gonna become a jewel in the area. Currently lot’s of construction sites around, but that won’t keeping me from playing there.
The only thing I would complain is… too less street signs to get there. It’s not yet in most of the navigation apps, it’s too new. iPhone users use the Apple maps app. It’ll bring you to their address (Wellen Golf Street). With others you’re gonna get lost.
I really recommend this course.
Nice Course
Enjoyed this new course even with the very windy conditions. Challenging layout, nice greens, friendly staff. The pro shop is a modular building but that is understandable being such a new course. Great rate on the green fee compared to other courses in the area.
