Worth a try
It’s nice to have a new option in this area south west Florida. Definitely worth a try. Still growing in but for the most part it’s done and it’s extremely playable. We kind of had to mix up the tee markers to get a yardage that was comfortable for our group. I suggest they put a set of combo tees in about 6000 yards on their cards for next season. one warning it is not on the map and not on GPS when we played it.
Needs more time
The course just newly opened so not having amenities is understandable, however, there were only 2 water jugs on the course and the second one was empty. There was a refreshment cart that appeared a few times which would have been better had she known anything about golf. She spoke loudly while someone in our group was hitting.
Lots of construction and very, very loud music being played by the workers.
It will likely be a lovely course in time but I wouldn’t rush to play it for several months.
Overall Review
Course is brand new with tons of construction around it.
Layout was ok with a couple really strange holes I think the 5th was like a double dog leg.
Once mature the layout may work better.
Lots of holes the cart paths had to go back past the tees. Once the course gets crowded this may be an issues.
One thing they can change right away is the pin flag poles. The poles are dark wood and are very difficult to see especially if the flag is not blowing in the wind. The brown poles are hard to see with any trees in the background.
Condition was really good shape.
This course could be nice but construction will be going on for years.
All in all I would play again but not at the $149.00 rate. Only would play with a hot deal on golf now.
Needs Time
Housing and OB will be tight through most of the course. Hopefully landscaping will be added to bring some character to the course. Purchase of a 12oz soda at $4 was a little high. Probably be Private within 18 months.
Lots of dog legs
Fun course to play , definitely would be helpful playing a few times to figure out lines off the tees and landing areas . The course will only get better with time , we will be back soon.

Quality of course was great for just opening . A few tee shots put the group behind you in a danger zone due to cart path design. It will be a tight golf course when all the homes get built, go play it now without windows..
Hidden gen
This is a brand new course. The greens were days and true and fairways were hard and fast. Had three beginner golfers with me and they loved it I played from Tee box 2 and enjoyed it immensely. No real off course amenities at this time. But a great course for the cost here in southern Florida.
First time hope to return
New course, opened about a month ago.
Conditions were fine, all kinds of construction going on everywhere you look.
Good practice areas. No drinking water on the course, no opportunity to refill your water bottle,. Cart girl was available.
GPS on the carts, much needed, the Garmin watch doesn’t have the course
Got a reasonable golf now rate, Rack rate is high
Once it’s private, you’ll be sad you missed it
Stunning layout, fantastic condition.
But overpriced to say the least, $100 for a course that’s out of the way and has zero amenities. But the course itself makes it worthwhile, stellar standard and fun to play. Will be back ASAP
