Excellent condition and fun to play
I have played this course several times and always enjoyed it. The number of homes on the course has greatly increased (and continues to increase), and at times seem to press in on you as you play, but the course is still fun to play. Conditions of practice area, tees, fairways and greens were excellent, and the greens rolled true and moderately fast. Fun course. Great conditions.

Construction sites throughout
Wellen Park golf course seems to have great pro shop and hospitality staff.
However, to me the golf experience feels ruined by the dense residential buildings that line the out of bounds areas throughout. There’s a lot of noise pollution too, as other player reviewers mentioned.

The only downside is they don’t keep it in this nice of shape year round. Greens were much smoother and faster than they were “off season.”

ed Steve and Lou. Pace was slow on a Sunday
Afternoon. Pin placements and yardage were off. Paul called the pro shop and things improved. Fun guys, good time, would do it again.
