Excellent renovation
Enjoyed playing Bobby Jones. Everyone at the course was very friendly. It was a wet and cold day and very few golfers on the course, We went out as a 2some and played in 2:40. Greens were in great shape in spite of the rain.
Enjoyable Time
A friend and I tried Bobby Jones for the first time. We enjoyed the pace of play and casual atmosphere. Course was nice and the staff were very friendly.
We’ve already booked another tee time and are looking forward to playing again.

Very fair
Would love to play it again in better weather. Pretty wide open making for excellent pace of play.
Became ill & refused to cancel reservation
Between Golf now & Bobby Jones there was no way cancel while vomiting at the bag drop
Course has firm and fast fairways with tight lies, which is pretty common for this time of year. Greens are a moderate speed. this course is rather pricy which is also typical.
Really nice greens
The course was in excellent condition. The greens were running pretty quick but not crazy fast. Also, most greens are pretty flat so they are easy to read. Fairways were in great shape.
The practice area is crazy good. Multiple putting greens, multiple chipping and pitching areas.
Lots of tees to choose from.
We finished in under 3.5 hours.
Bobby Jones Ross Course
The course, which opened in early 2024, after going through a complete renovation, was in fairly good condition. The greens were smooth but slower than I am use to and the fairways were sparse. Traps were mostly raked but had some issues with the equipment leaving a wave of sand at the exit point with the water barrier fabric pulled up and exposed along the edge of the traps.
Great course…. A little open
I like this course a lot. The greens were great. This course is fairly open and easier to score well. I have 5 stars all around and 4 for course lay out because of it being fairly open
Practice area and driving range are top notch
Renovation in 2022
I never played this course before yesterday and was looking forward to a championship layout. The course was w little disappointing in that it probably was a championship layout in it’s day. By today’s standards it was a good test for the mid to high handicappers but too short for the youth and low handicap players to feel challenged. The greens were in good shape, the bunkers were in good condition except for a few spots when there was landscape fabric pulled up to the surface of the sand along the edge of the trap.
