Saddlebrook Resort - Cypress/Pine

I play this course almost every weekend and you can’t beat it weather it’s this one or saddlebrook , the buck is worth the bang. From free range balls , to perfect greens and fairways it’s is always a great time.

Greens were surprisingly slow. I would expect a Troon course to be much better. Also, we never saw a beverage cart the whole day.

Conditions were pretty good but pace of play was mighty slow. Access to driving range before teeing off would’ve been nice - where is the range??

Course was in good shape, some greens could use some TLC. I found the bunkers were needing some sand but overall i enjoyed the course

The course will challenge you. Greens are good. The staff was very friendly.

Enjoyed the course very much. 3 of the 4 some had never played this course before. All Enjoyed. We will be back. Did not like we had to valet park even though it was free. Drinks on course very over priced - $22.00 doubles.

Great track always in good condition. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a bit of distance between your car drop and the proshop. Sometimes a wait for a shuttle of you have to haul your equipment thru or around the pool area. Somewhat clunky.

The golf course was good for it being off-season. The "resort" was weird. Directions to the clubhouse were difficult to find. Hint: it's not near the golf practice facility as the address suggest. Valet parking is required at the resort entrance and they'll shuttle you to the pro shop. Valet is free with tee time purchase. Overall, I expected more but if the green fees are below $40; it's a deal.

My first time on this course. I played the Palmer course on my last visit. Course was in good shape with some weeds on both the fairway and greens, but this really didn't impact play that. much. Overall, puts rolled true, although I thought the greens were a bit slow.. There re is a lot of water on the course, so shot placement and proper club selection is essential.

Played the Palmer Course which was in very good shape. Greens were smooth and rolling well. Fairways in good shape. Rough punishing if the ball settled down. Only critique would be traps could be raked in the mornings to provide a more consistent playing surface. Very good value for the money until the fees get jacked up for the Snowbirds.

Saddlebrook is always a great course to play. Everyone is very friendly and it is very challenging.
