The layout of the course was great and the staff was very friendly. Only noticeable complaint was the upkeep of the greens, but everything else was great.

First, the positives . Nice pie shop and the staff was friendly .

The negatives. For the novice golfer the course was excessively difficult. I am a 15 handicap and I found it to be unpleasant. Slow putts rolled off greens, fairways were hard as a rock and also difficult to hold . There are blind shots and many hidden streams crossing the fairway (I would suggest never playing this course without a course guide or GPS)

Flags are not marked for pin positions and the day we played they were tourney tough.

We had a 9:5a tee time and they were already running 20 mins late. The starters were moving carts and talking while you’re on the tee .

On the turn , when you ran in to get a bite , their hot dogs were frozen and would take many minutes to cook (really?)

There was no beverage cart service but water jugs on many holes .

The course plays short ~6K yards from the blues, but if you don’t hit fairways , you’re in trouble . I had a scorecard full of penalty strokes .

We waited for the group o front of us on occasion but had the foursome behind us waiting every hole as we putted out.

I had a special rate of $35 to play and i would t pay more for this course . Too many other options that are more enjoyable for a golfer at my level.

Solid course. Great length overall. Nice and friendly staff. Only downside is slow play from novice players. Honest prices as well. Would recommend !

Pace of play can be an issue. It was crowded when we started at 5:30 PM. But there was a league that had just Teed off. Greens may have been recently sanded aerated. Otherwise the course is fantastic. Greens were in great shape. Fairways were excellent. Bunkers were nice. So, no real issues. Just the pace of play. Excellent value for money. Will definitely play again!!

Over all the course is nice. Greens are great when they are done being worked on. I sometimes play there and work at the same time . I love the fact that the carts have USB chargers. I wish they had more outlets in the clubhouse. After a round I wish I could plug in to a wall and work on my job eating a hotdog and chips . I will continue to play there. I will work it out.

Played Trophy Club a lot over last 5 years. Tee Box condition has improved a bunch.

Just disappointed today that the greens on the back 9 were top dressed with sand, and we weren’t told or warned prior to booking the round on GN, and charged full freight to play golf.

I wasn’t the only one not happy with it.

Bunkers were terrible and pace of play was not consistent.

Hadn't play this course and several years mainly due to the price. Can never find a good deal on GolfNow until today. Normally it's $80 to play but today I was able to play for 45 dollars. Course is well maintained few spots in the fairways here and there but the greens were in great shape. They were a little quick which led to some free pets due to other courses in the area I've played that have not been quite as fast. Getting off the tee is a must and trying to overpower this course can lead to some big scores if you're not hitting it solidly. Will definitely Play It Again and be a little more conservative.

The greens and fairways are always good. Like most, I agree the tees need work, but they are improving. Very fun layout that rewards precision.
