Heritage Oaks Golf Club

Sort of a hidden gem surrounded by all the high-end courses near St. Simons. Great layout, nice fairways, and fast greens. Tough pin placements on the day I played…must have been some tourney the previous day. Will certainly play again.

Beautiful weather conditions for this time of the year! If you haven’t played this course, it is a must if you’re in the area!!

The course conditions may have been the best I’ve ever seen. Greens were really fast & were spotless, perfect. The whole group enjoyed themselves, we’ll be back next week. 🏌🏻

Second time on the course in a week. Fairways and greens are superb. Layout is great as well.

Loved the course, tough greens, fun layout, only negative is that the cart paths need repair. Knowing how costly this is maybe a few holes at a time might help... still rank this course high. Loved hitting from the top of the hills!!!

Fairways and greens were in great shape. Nice course, nice folks. I think range balls should be complimentary. The range facilities were so-so. I do recommend playing this course.

This is a great course. The pace of play was amazing. Finished 18 in 3.5 hours. Beautiful views from some of the holes. Great course setup!

As with most public courses in the area the maintenance levels are an issue. The tee boxes are small, which is fine, but the ground is hard as a rock and the tee markers are rarely in place after being mowed. Three or four of the greens had just had a sand application, which is good for the health of the green, but that should be part of the communication of course conditions when booking a tee time. It wouldn't stop my playing the course, but thats a communication issue that could be addressed. Great layout, and elevated tee boxes rock.

This course is always consistently maintained, greens roll great and my favorite part is it's just an interesting layout with some memorable holes that make you think. Weekday morning pace of play was quick. Can't comment on weekend pace as I stick to weekday golf mostly. Clubhouse service is very nice as well. Never had a bad time at Heritage Oaks.

Well maintained greens and fairways. Nice clubhouse, great food available. Accuracy, not distance, is the key to posting a low round. Greens were soft and putted true. Will play again if I’m ever in the area

Wow. This was a fun course, some amazing views, gators, and great conditions. Fun elevated tee boxes on a few holes. Worth playing for sure!

Fantastic design on this golf course, lots of holes that stick in your mind. In fact, there are only two holes that I would describe as generic. Turf conditions were great. Definitely coming back to this one.

Lovely golf course with a sweet layout. Only issue this day is it was cart path only. Very, very wet.....and I have awful knees.....but what a nice place....brought out the best in my game too.....lotsa water, plenty of sand, and all teeboxes and greens in wonderful repair....
