Course is well maintained. Holes are challenging .Scenery is beautiful.

From the hospitality of the Pro Shop staff when first arriving to the fantastic condition of the course this has got to be a ‘MUST PLAY’ if you’re in the area. I was visiting the area for 2 weeks and played 6 different course and this was the best of them all. Do yourself a favour and book a Tee time now. You really won’t regret it…..

The course was in good shape, from the tee boxes, to the greens, gets a thumbs up. A great day…..

My first time playing this course even though I've lived in this area for awhile. Staff friendliness BEYOND exceeded expectations!!! Course conditions average with some areas definitely needing some attention- some fairways and tee boxes burnt up and needing some love. Most of the greens were okay. Layout was great. Put a little more love into this course and it could truly be a gem!!! Will give it another go sometime though!!

It is fair and fun.

First time playing loved the layout and a fantastic value for your money. But, PUT WATER IN THE COOLERS. Same bs at the sister course down the street, using Covid as an excuse to not provide a basic necessity. It’s just laziness. It’s hotter than hll out there, just put hose water in a few coolers and set them out. If someone is concerned with Covid they won’t use them. I will not be returning until the course can provide the most basic necessity to their players.

Good on Heritage Oaks for getting on GolfNow and lowering their crazy high prices. One of my favorite courses. But PLEASE put water coolers back out there

The course is great, nice layout, some challenging holes. It can have wet areas as the course is low. But the pace of play was maddening. Some people just shouldn’t play on a real course until they’ve gotten some kind of game, no matter how bad it could be. And the lack of golf etiquette is frustrating. We had this single jump us as a twosome, when the course was full, and he ends up holding us up every hole as there was nowhere to go. A single has no status on a course, but this old dude just jumped us while we were putting out. I’m sorry to say we never saw a marshall or I would have reported him. In addition, a Marshall could have suggested to others to speed pace of play. When a round takes 5 hours, there is something wrong. No one needs a golf gestappo as a Marshall, but an assistant to help everyone enjoy there round would have helped. Still a good course for the money. Friendly staff. It’s just that golf etiquette should be king. Golf should be fun, not frustrating,

Playing conditions, fairways, greens are very nice. Golf staff and restaurant staff are super! Will return many times hopefully

First time finding out about this course as i usually play along the coast from Hilton Head down. These greens were quick and true and the course was in great shape. A lot of houses on this course but not really boxed in when it comes to the holes themselves. Good practice facility and very friendly helpful staff. Enjoyed my round and will be back!

I really enjoyed playing here. I have played on all Sea Island courses and Heritage Oaks is now my new local favorite next to Plantation and Seaside.

Course was in really good shape. Great greens. Good layout with not too much water to in trouble with!

Food in clubhouse was good after the round.

Greens fee was a bargain compared to like courses in the area.

I loved everything about this course except the controls on the golf carts. My husband is handicapped so the restrictions in terms of where we could go without being locked, made the round difficult. No one told us about this when we checked in. The carts did have GPS on them and it showed some of the restictioned areas but not all. The course is well worth the drive but why they need to restrict the golf carts is beyond me.
