Woodmont Golf & Country Club

Always enjoy playing Woodmont. Course in excellent shape. One of the top courses in Atlanta.

This was my first time playing Woodmont, but hopefully not my last. There is activity underway to take the club private, so it may not be available to the public at some point. The club championship is being held this weekend, so the course was primed and readied - the rough was up and the greens were quick. The sand is white and fluffy which is a welcome change over many other local courses. Overall, the conditions were excellent, even with all the rain we've had lately. Even with it being Cart Path Only, it was an enjoyable round and one that made me want to come back.

This course is one of my favorite in the north Atlanta area. The layout is second none. Robert Trent Jones definitely has his stamp on this one. Gorgeous on every level.

Course overall is in good shape. Greens are consistent and rolling well.

Course is is good shape all around, pretty good and challenging from the blue tee box. Starter was super friendly “Kim” chicken salad sandwich was fantastic at the turn. I recommend calling on 8 or 9 so you can just pick it up, as I did. The only one complaint is that at 10 all of a sudden we where four groups backed on the box, it was a struggle all the way till 15. The group behind us did call the club house and they started pushing people along. Putting green and chipping area are great before you tee off. I will be back but maybe early in the morning :)

Very enjoyable round of golf...friendly staff....course taken care of nicely. Sand bunkers in great shape. Greens were tricky and slow, but in great shape too.

Now I see why I can hardly get the tee times I want.

I had a great experience , my golf suffered a bit from a injured thumb but everybody was very welcoming and friendly.

I ended up misplacing my phone

After the 10th hole Kim the starter checked on us ,

I asked him if anybody has turned in a phone? He called in to the pro shop and he even went back to my truck and of course it was in there

Definitely made an impression on me and Woodmont

Course is in really nice shape and pace of play was awesome for a Sunday. Layout is challenging but if you are hitting it well you can score, if not you are in for a long day.

Would highly recommend to try this course, I will be back for sure

This was the first time I played this course and definitely not the last. This course was in excellent condition and has a challenging but fun layout. I was paired with two other first time visitors to this course and we navigated the terrain together in awe of the courses beauty. Greens rolled very nicely as attention to the slope of the greens were warranted. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you haven’t played Woodmont you will be pleasantly surprised.

The course was great. It was my firs time there. Pace was perfect, never had anyone waiting on us and we never waited on anyone ahead. Conditions were great even after some heavy rain only a couple days before. Highly recommend!

The course is in excellent condition! The greens are in great shape & rolling fast! The best part of the day was the pace of play, we played in under 4 hours which almost unheard on a weekend in this area. This is a must play!
