College Park Municipal Golf Course

Made a last minute tee time reservation because most other courses were booked. The staff was friendly and the course was in good shape and longer than I expected. I’ll definitely be back.

This place is a gem!

First off, paying $18 is a steal. The course conditions were fine. There were a couple greens that could be better, but hey… you get what you pay for..

The course is wide open so even if you tend to shank a few during a round, you’ll be able to fine them. Definitely some challenging shots as well.

Pace of play was great, never had to wait all day..

Overall it was a steal of a deal. Will definitely play here again.

It may sound funny, but I'm always impressed when a local muni figures out how to grow grass. Tip of the hat to the grounds crew at College Park. The fairways were solid, sometimes plush. Greens were very good (repair work on #2 underway). This is the kind of course that should be in every community: not too hard, blue collar vibe, good practice facility, and leaves you feeling like golf is truly a sport for everyone.

I must say this is a good course. 2nd time playing here and I will come back. Greens were ok. Fairways were the same. Customer service is top notch and that will always bring me back. Pace of play was great for a Saturday morning 9holes round.

Course is AWESOME as usual but the older lady with the big grey Afro is one of the meanest golf employees I’ve ever come across in 5 years of playing golf. Not only was she incredibly rude and terse, she opened the clubhouse late. When I asked any questions she acted as if she was being incredibly inconvenienced. If you are unable to handle 3 customers on a light morning this isn’t the job for you. If I could file a complaint directly to her manager I would. I would recommend some customer service training for her.

Course was in immaculate shape considering the price. Clubhouse is ample and stocked to the nines (beer, soda, Truly/seltzer, etc.) and there’s plenty of equipment if you need tit (glove, new balls, clubs, etc.). I had 2 in front of me and 1 behind, pace of play was perfect and we moved right along while not be rushed or sluggish.

Municipal golf courses, in my opinion, and with limited experiences, seem to be maintained much better than other golf courses, probably because they are run by the annual municipal budget. This course certainly is my favorite.

Being a beginner golfer this course was fun the layout was simple and the flow was great. I will be back Asap

It was a hot day. Enjoyed the company of a father & son plus a gentleman turn 65 years old the next day. College Park Golf Course is a challenging course but worth the price.

Historic course with amazing staff and super fun atmosphere. Fairways are wide yet chalenging. Elevation and water adds even more fun. Could not recommend enough

First time playing, and I was happy with it. The greens are in shape for the most part, and it played well.
