Greens were in horrible condition

Fairways had huge clumps of cut grass

The greens and tee boxes were absolutely poor! The staff were stuck up and rude except the cart girl. She was very nice. But the greens were so bad that some of them, were maybe 50% grass and 50% dirt. Some of the tee boxes didn't have grass.

Way too expensive for the quality. Greens are burnt out - they’ve gone downhill considerably since a few years ago. The fairways looked like they were mown by someone who had been drinking - strips of un-mown grass. Looks like they’re about to replace some of their cart path bridges, which is good because they’re about to fall into the creeks.

It’s probably worth about $30-35 at this point, but even their hot deals are more than that.

Greens are in terrible conditions overall good experience.

Only negative was that some greens are being repaired. All other comments are strong positives. Highly recommend.

Layout great. Fairway and sand well kept. Tee's need help and greens were half dirt and grass in horrible condition. They need to fix or close.

Its really too bad as the layout is very nice.

Enjoyed the day except that greens were poor. 2 putt Max rule is required if you want to enjoy it

As usual all was good, looks like the ground needs repair.

This course use to be nice but now the greens are dirt and fairways just as bad! For the money of $60 I would go play Crosswinds or Sapelo.

Greens in terrible shape. Too much debris, pinecones, leaves, sticks, etc.

It is criminal to charge 65$ for this course. I play courses all over the low country and this is 100% the worst conditions I’ve seen in the last 6 years since moving here. The tee boxes have little to no grass and the markers are in the worst position possible (on the side of a hill). The fairways are in good condition but you might as well dig your own hole to putt in the fairway. The greens are HORRIBLE. The amount of dead grass in April is mind blowing. They could legitimately be the first course to have crab grass greens.

Well here it is prime time Saturday morning 9am and tee times gone from the listing up until 2pm, and why is that?

Once again Southbridge has given the slots away for yet another scramble to members! How is this course ever going to survive/rebuild if they’re giving away key tee times to members at reduced rates, that’s just dumb business in my opinion.

Lower the astronomical rates for a badly maintained course, book it solid on weekends to non members, sell a good cold beer and nice lunch in a friendly environment like it says on the sign out front and get rebuilding!

I walk my dog in the mornings and the 15th hole is in shambles, are they ever going to clean up that huge dead oak in the middle of the fairway, branches have been laying around it for months, dirt patches all over that area, it’s a joke.

The greens were in poor condition with different types of grass growing at different rates.
