Course is much better than before

But I got heavy rain little while

That’s why we quit to play

They just said can’t help , call golf now and get refund.

I don’t care about 2 people half round rain check

I should not use golf now to make tee time

That’s way I get more easy to rain check

I was able to talk to a person who lives there and explain to me why the course was in the shape that it was in. They are trying to rejuvenate the course and it's going to take time. There was a lot of cut grass left on the course some of the tea boxes were not in good shape but overall it's a still a great course I guess people are going to have to wait until the homeowners are able to get it in great shape.

course is continuing to improve. the members are attacking the critical issues first and it shows. greens were smooth but had numerous weed infections but still rolled smooth and consistent.

First tine playing this course. Looks like they have put a lot of work into it recently and here in a couple of months should be a course to play often. Do have issues with course workers still cutting fairways and greens while i am waiting to hit approach shots.

Fairways were in good shape Greens still need to come back. Much better than when I played there last year. But I would not recommend until the Greens were in better shape or the price was lowered.

This course is looking really good. Still needs a little work but Play was still above par. Looking forward to playing it often in the future.

My front nine was very slow. Being a single on Friday it would make sense. But the issue was I wasn’t told the nines had been switched. I had jumped ahead of players who were playing their last nine. When I made the turn I didn’t see another golfer. I was frustrated I wasn’t told.

The course was wet from recent rains so some fairways were cart path only. Their fairways have finally grown in and the greens are a lot better than earlier this season. They are doing a good job in improving the course.

Condition of the course is MUCH IMPROVED over 6 months ago Still a little rough around the edges but fairways are good and greens smooth and fast . Excellent staff. Well worth the $

I love coming down here from Charlotte. Staff friendly and helpful. Course is getting in decent shape. A lot of soggy areas and certain traps marked in blue to place drops but the course is fun to play. I come to Savannagh to visit my daughter and always play here.

Had a nice afternoon until a lightning storm rolled through. Impressed how the course has improved. Course is wet with recent rains but playable..

I played just after a rain and had the course to myself. Beautiful setting and well maintained course. The staff was friendly and my experience was good. The only negative was what appears to be some spots in the green effected by a fungus. Classic Rees Jones layout rewards good shots.

Friendly staff, check-in was a breeze. The course is in good condition. Fairways and rough are well managed. Green are in good condition with very few bare spots and some grass sprigs in places. Nothing to affect putting. Pace of play was great. Played with two local members. Great day!

Played on a super busy weekend and had zero issues. Course was in good condition despite the ongoing improvements being made. For the price, it has been one of the best deals we have ever had in the Savannah area.

In from Dallas and had a great experience plying with beautiful scenery. Greens need some work but not too bad for the price and overall upkeep.

Course is undergoing significant changes. So one needs to be patient. Greens need work. Back nine need a lot of mower work. Other than that it can be a 4 star easily.

No sand traps are playable. Can't play for score. Practice only. Greens have sand divots on them.

Saw a guy weed wacking the rough just off the fairway. Does this course have equipment? Course will never get better without a staff. Mowing greens and changing cups are not enough. Invest in a greens divot cup repair and take from the good edges it will heel way faster than a lump of sand!!!

Some parts of the course were a bit wet, and some of the fairways were not cut properly, causing slow conditions rather than the usual firm and fast conditions at Southbridge. Greens seemed to be in good shape. Course staff is friendly, and Courtney on the beverage cart is outstanding, always with a warm smile and a friendly word.
