Fox Creek Golf Club

The course is always in very playable shape. The only drawback is the Marshals don't marshall. IE they don't match up players to fill out a foursome, and worse, they don't help maintain course play by touring the course and pushing slow players. The last time I played there was 3 1/2 holes open in front of the slow players.

4th time playing this course and it gets better each time. And the value if you catch a discounted golfnow rate makes it even better. Awesome course to work on your game at a great price. The practice facility is great as well. Don't hesitate to go visit Fox Creek.

Had a good time with this course. My wife could not come and was scheduled with Golfnow.com and we paid in advance for two people. The Golfnow people did a one-time cancellation for my wife and did refund her charges for the course. That was especially nice of them to do, as they did not have to do it.

Will improve your short game for sure, irons are a must, found it to be challening, greens are great shape and also a challange.

This is just a pathetic course. They charge anywhere from $30-45 on weekends. I wouldn't play this course if it were a hot deal for $7. Fairways super DRY, Greens were burnt, all tee's backed up, rangers are rude too. Would never recommend this course. Sad thing is I played it 3 times and thought every time it would be better. I was wrong....

Played at my own speed was well kept and good for short game

This is a fun course if you're looking to squeeze in a round after work. My friend and I finished the front 9 in about an hour and 20 minutes. We slowed down after that because we weren't in too much of a hurry.

It's a pretty narrow course, but it's also short. The few holes where a driver is required are tough to keep the ball between the trees. Good course to practice your par 3's.

Arrived early to grab a quick lunch and had to cook our own hotdogs in the microwave at lunchtime. We felt extremely rushed the entire time with a huge instructional class getting ready to tee off after us. We were told to hurry up as the instructor could do whatever he wanted because he brings in the people and money. Made to feel like our patronage was of little value. The course was in decent shape but all of the back tees were off limits shortening an already short course. I think that will be the last time I play there. There are just too man other courses in the area at similar pricing to bother with Fox Creek ever again.

I've played this course twice now this year and came away quite pleased both times. I had a good pace of play, with no longer than a minute wait on a couple of holes. The course is in very good shape.

9 am on a Saturday and already the course is 30 minutes behind. Starters should spend less time worrying about outside coolers and more time worrying about actually getting people going on the course. Got a foursome that you want to squeeze two more people into? ...no problem with these guys.

Greens are a little chopping and not as maintained as the fairways.

I do like this course but once again they overbooked their tee times and it took 5 hours to play a par 62. Course is fun and good iron practice.

I booked the tee time at 9pm the wednesday night before through Golf Now. When we arrived our 8:15am tee time had been given to a regular group that plays every Thursday apparently. We were told we would not be able to get on until 9:15am which was an hour past what I had paid for. I wouldn't have minded 30 minutes but an hour? Really?
The greens are in HORRIFIC condition. They look like a 13 yr old boys acne face, with sploches of dead grass that make putting not only challengeing, but down right frustrating. The tee boxes are uneven and poorly maintainted although not nearly as bad the greens were.
Their pracitce facilities are "ok" but you cant see where your wedge shots land on the range due to a elevated tees. The closest shot you can see land is 140 yds. No practice bunkers.
I think the cost a regular NON-discounted round is rediculous. Its an executive course with a cheap full size course price. $29 during the week witha cart. For $10 more I could go to Marietta City Club which is significantly more well maintained and their practice facilites are AMAZING!
I'm not happy with Fox Creek to say the least for the tee time issue mostly. All the other stuff is jsut to lett hem know they are asking a lot for fees without having the facilities to back it up.

My friend and I played their for the first time. We enjoyed the staff and the course is maintained. They have a big driving range with many hitting stations. I will play their again. ENJOY

Always enjoy playing Fox Creek. Surprisingly kept very nice considering the time of the year. Fairways were great along with the greens.

In general, the course is nice for its size and it is convenient for Smyrna and nearby residents. Recent rains left much small debris on the grounds, interfering with fairway play. Some of the tee boxes are bare. The greens are OK.

Arrived at the course and they were 1 hour behind on tee times and out of carts. Left are we did not feel like waiting over an hour ..

The course was vey challenging and fun to play. A nice variety of holes.

A nice course you can in and out in less than 3 hours, the condition of green is good.
