Played with a foursome for the second time. Good course condition including greens. Fairways were in nice shape and greens well maintained. Fairly fast greens that roll true especially for this time of year. Only issue was one player requested a separate cart which wasn't standard but was accommodated. Didn't wait at all during the round. Practice area is ok but green is fast and a true measure of course greens. Would recommend and will play again.

Well, I gave this course a second try today because I really liked the lay out and quality of the course itself. The good review stops there. These guys flood the course with players and the Marshal does absolutely nothing to keep the pace of play on track. I went a few weeks ago and had to quit on 16 because it go so backed up it was going to take forever to complete before dark. I figured it was just a slow couple of groups in front of me so I wanted to give the course another chance. Today was no better. First, there was a group of 5 playing in front of me. I got around them so no big deal but why allow groups of 5 on a course that already is packed. At the turn, I ran into two groups at the tee box before me and the waits once again started. It just got worse and finally by 12, I called it quits. I called the club house while on the course and asked for a refund and while the person that answered told me to come in for a refund, I decided against it because I'll NEVER play this course again. It's a waste of time. Nobody has 5+ hours for a round of golf these days. I wish they'd pay attention to pace of play because this really could be a great course to play.

Very wide and forgiving fairways. Great condition. Played early am and pace was great. Can't speak for other times. Greens extremely fast. Wish this course was closer to me, I'd play it all the time. Very nice layout.

Overall a good experience. Pace of play slows down on back nine.

A fairly Nice course for the money. There where a few holes that have some blind shots but otherwise straight forward.

Enjoyed the course layout overall with interesting holes and very nice, quick greens. Driving range just enough to warm up on. Fairways in good shape and greens much faster than average. Back nine is a bit tighter with some hills and a few blind shots to greens.

We did have a five some jump in front of us on the back nine and they didn't offer to let us play through. Otherwise a good day of golf and I will play again.

Pace was really good, it rained the day before and the course can’t handle much more rain, plugged a ball 1yard off the green 2 times. Cart path needs some work especially since it was cart path only rules today! Overall fun short course!

Front nine was great it was beautiful Back nine was in really bad shape lots of ground under repair and really narrow fairways in the back nine

While the golf course was in good shape, the pace of play was terrible. There were no marshals on the course to manage pace of play and several twosomes that could have been combined with others to help improve pace of play. It took close to 3 hours to finish the front 9. I went inside to ask about a marshal and there were other people in the pro shop getting a refund on their round. It looked to be just a couple of groups that were causing the log jam and waiting on people to clear the green for a 300 yard shot only to top the ball. I won't be going back.

It was a fairly challenging course where good course management course was required. It had some quirky holes and a pesky creek running through some of the fairways. which required you to keep your wits about you, and the 16th Par 3 hole would certainly qualify for quirkiness. Check it out and see if you agree.

Several of the holes run through the sub division which I've never been a fan of, and some of the cart paths are in need of immediate repair, and there are some areas on the fairways which are GIR. I know that maintenance crews have to be on the course at the same time as players sometimes, but they were a bit of a nuisance today.

I would probably give it a higher rating when the repair work had been undertaken. I must say that the greens were immaculate, and overall I enjoyed the round.
