course was in good shape and management made every attempt to remove common touch points and provided separate carts upon request.
Oversold!
Disappointed in the course but what could we actually expect for $21. Oversold multiple group times and after 3 hours we finally made it to hole 10 just to have a new family jump in front of us with 4 people (2 kids maybe 6 years old). I’d say pass unless you live close by and are fine with 3 hour 9-hole golf
Absolutely Terrible
To begin with, my friend and I had a tee time at 11:25am. This place stacks tee times, and there is a huge bottleneck at the beginning. We didn’t tee off until 12:20pm after waiting. Then, the pace of play is painfully slow due to all of the people going out staggered by about 2 minutes. The course conditions are horrendous. There are no fairways, it’s all weeds, dirt, and hard clay. The greens are full of sick grass, and play more like a fairway. The cart paths are torn up, and most of them end halfway into the hole, then it’s all on the “fairway”. Three holes share a fairway at one point, and it’s almost impossible to understand the layout of this course. Tee boxes are full of crabgrass and other weeds. One tee box is nothing but dirt. Several fairways are solid red clay dead center, an absolute nightmare to hit with your irons. I would NOT RECOMMEND this course. Stacking tee times is enough to make you want to leave, never mind the rest of the issues. I understand it’s cheap, but at $30 it’s still overpriced by about $15 in my honest opinion. Save your time and money, and spend both elsewhere.
Like a home course of mine. Staff always Friendly and always ready to get u out to play. Very good course
The course is great for those getting back or just starting their game.
Pine Hills is an excellent course that offers friendly fair ways. The course layout is fairly wide open with few hazards along the way. As mentioned, as a beginner working on my game, this course is very forgiving. Awesome place to play!
Horrible
Horrible will never play this course again. It has got to be the worst golf course not just in Georgia but in the world. Very slow people playing in front of us would not even let us play through we waited and waited and waited and waited. They never even asked us to play through so finally with holes left we left the course.
Would like to play course when the fairways come in. Right now, with all the rain, fairways are a little barren.
Safe place to be during Corona Virus
The people in the clubhouse were going to great lengths to be sure that anything they touched and you touched was clean and safe. They wiped down key fobs when handing them out and carts as they came in. The weather was great and it was nice to see a lot of families playing golf. It wasn't great for pace of play but it was refreshing none the less. I would not recommend this course on a weekend if you're serious about golf but if you just want to get outside and play for a reasonable price and in a safe environment than this fits the bill.
Great for a friendly round
Great course for the money. I am getting back into golf and it was a great course for that. Very forgiving.
Horrible
This course is terrible. It was cheaper to book at the course then golf now. We had a tee time for 10:04 but they do not have a starter nor do they abide by tee times so we had to wait in a line for an hr before we could tee off.
The course was cut to low so there where a lot of spots where there is no grass. I have played on a $17 course that was better maintained then this $30 course.
Little wet
The fairways were in places very muddy because of all the rain. Greens were in very good shape. Playing there tomorrow.
Perfect course to work on your game
My wife has just began playing golf and I’m not so good myself. Really enjoyed the layout of the course and the pace of play. Great place to work on your game with out being pushed. Great value!!
