Not ideal
The greens were slow, the other players were slower. The fairway is like the first cut of rough at any normal golf course. If you’re looking to practice iron shots out of the rough then this is the perfect place for you. You have to try to lose a ball because the fairways are so wide open. Overall, the coarse is really slow in all aspects possible but if you wanna try to smash the driver 400 yards in any direction and still make par, then this is the perfect place for you
Fun course
Enjoy the course, not a premium track but fun to play.
It’s a throwback to just golf, not a country club. Course offers great shot choices and lots of elevation changes. Greens vary week to week but recently have been improved a lot.
Tall grass
The grass just off fairways needs to be a little shorter. Hard to find your ball when hit there.
Good Value
The course was recently well mowed. It had not rained for a while, greens very good shape, tee boxes and fairways could use a lot of water. Would bring a friend and definitely will play again.
Good Course for Beginners
If you are a new golfer who doesn’t mind a bit of a “rough around the edges” course, this might be the one for you. The fairways are wide but a bit spotty and hard in certain spots. Greens are very inconsistent. The staff was helpful. My biggest gripe is that the pace of play was terrible. Overall, I might go back if I was over in the area or wanted a confidence boost.
Good value
Greens are pretty good when they dry, fairways could be a little cleaner
Staff was not nice
With hot weather course have no water
Ask staff for cup of ice just show unhappy face
Winder Gem
Great country course in winder, with plenty of challenging and interesting holes. The course will test all the clubs in your bag; except the putter. Playing from the blue tees, requires you to hit some accurate tee shots on a variety of par 3's; par 4's and a par 5. The greens are not fast, so this course does not test your putting prowess; but they are in good condition for Bermuda. If you are an above average golfer; getting around in even par proves your ability getting to the greens. You want to play this course to get practice hitting those clubs pure.
Ok value for the money.
Ok for the money, could use a little work on the fairways. Will go back again.
Make sure you take some balls.
This course is great for the money. However it would be nice if the gut the grass shorter, when you loose a ball on the fairway, the grass is too tall
Great Value
Nice folks, nice course. Fairways should be cut lower also around greens. Challenging course but open. Bermuda Greens so slow at times when not cut. Nice overall experience. Will play again.
Poor
Group of 4 old women in front of us held up 4 groups including us the whole time. 2 guys 18 holes shouldn’t take 4.5 hours. Greens were painfully slow and cut very poorly
Great fo beginner's and duffer's
If you do not care about playing a well groomed, challenging, beautiful golf course than this is your type of place. If golf etiquette is important, course conditions and or amenities are important you might consider somewhere else. If you are a beginner, do not know or understand the rules of golf and don't care, this is a perfect course for you. Enjoy the course.
