Excellent value
This track is a challenging layout that allows you the opportunity to use every
Club in the bag. Excellent quick greens and a welcoming staff
Mid November great round
Played with a couple guys who were new to the course, and they enjoyed it. Due to lack of precipitation, the courses in Portland and Vancouver area are in amazing shape. With some promo codes, we got an incredible deal. Great day on the course.
Great course - Great value
North course is iconic NW golf. Great layout and awesome facilities.
Beautiful Maintenance
A beautiful course but very difficult if you miss fairways. The rough was brutal. At times it was all I could do to get back in play and control the ball. The greens are immaculate although relatively soft. Do yourself a favor, move up a set of tees; you'll enjoy the golf more but it still won't be a pushover. Greens have some undulation and some are quite large. There can be a significant difference in distance depending on where the pin is positioned. The are a couple of spots on the course that have "LONG" vegetation near where you are hitting a shot. Hit it in there and you are either re-hitting or taking a penalty drop. Enjoy...
Great Course to Play
The North course is always a winner in my book. Challenging course with great hole locations. Have to use all your clubs for this course.
Great golf course
One of the better courses I have played I travel a lot to play golf and this is a must if you are in the Portland area

Delightful⛳️
The welcome begins as you enter the course. Beautifully laid out for one to discover and enjoy. The course is well maintained and fun to play. Very fast greens I enjoyed it all.
Portland Gem
Really fine golf course and very well maintained. Pace of play okay but slowed down the last 4 holes. Completely different style than South course which makes it an exceptional facility.
North course
Really nice course! I showed up about 20 mins late due to a delayed flight, pro shop employees were super friendly and got me teeing off within 15 mins! The course has some tree lined holes but also opens up and holes that look like a US Open with “fescue.” The bunkers had really nice soft sand, tee boxes were in really good shape, as well as the fairways. The greens were nice and were rolling really fast, I had a 12:30 tee time and it was around 90 degrees so they for sure dried out a little, light breeze, which was gladly welcomed on such a hot day. Great shop pro and restaurant as well. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Best on the west side
We are lucky to have The Reserve available for public play. The course conditions, the layout, the environment all make it a spectacular opportunity to play. Definitely my favorite public course near Portland.

Excellent day to be golfing. Course is walkable which I like. Course was in immaculate condition. Would play there again.

North Course tight lies
Course was in good condition considering it rained yesterday. Greens were quik and most of the fairways were very tight lies not sure if it was mowed early this morning). Got on a little early and played thru a 3 some and a single. No sign of anyone in front and I finished my round of 18 in 2hrs 20min. You will be well rewarded if you keep the ball in the fairway. If your not confident with the driver, leave it in the bag or you will be losing balls. All in all, staff was friendly, course was in good condition, pace of play was lightning fast!
Great Experience
I have heard a great deal about this course but had never played it. We did today and it was advertised. Everything was in great condition. Very challenging. The staff was very helpful as well. Great experience all around and we will for sure go again.
Great Early Season Golf Outing
Have played this course about 5-6 times in Mar-Apr over the past 5 years and last played it in 2017. Always one of my favorites when I visit the Portland area. Course is in the best shape I've seen it during the spring. Fairways and rough were dry and the greens were very fast, but true. Have lost a lot of distance over the past 3 years so the Red/Tan tee box combo was perfect for me. Course managers have cleaned out a lot of undergrowth along some of the holes which made it easier to find and play the inevitable errant shot. Can't wait to play the South course and see the improvements made to it.
