About
Bartlett Hills Golf Club has been a favorite Chicagoland golf destination since it first opened in 1929. To keep the layout up to modern standards, it has undergone many changes over the years but it still has the same classic character. At 6,463 yards from the back tees, this traditional layout might not be long but it still provides a fair test. Rather than distance, the golf course demands smart play and accurate shot placement thanks to narrow, tree-lined fairways and several tricky doglegs. You might not have many chances to use your driver but you'll definitely get some iron practice. There isn't too much trouble off of the tees at Bartlett Hills G.C. But greenside you'll be faced with nearly 30 strategically placed bunkers and water hazards come into play on seven holes, which include some forced carries.

BEAUTIFUL COURSE
The course was in excellent shape but the greens were a little tricky. Could be that I’m not that good!

I didn’t even know Bartlett had a golf course besides Villa Olivia and Apple. Outstanding golf course and now it’s a must play. Greens are the best I have played all year.

Enjoyable yet challenging course
I had a great time! The new golf carts are the best I've ever used. Have never seen or been in a golf cart that had streaming music service with speakers. The course is challenging, the staff is friendly. The grill/bar area is comfortable and welcoming. The food and service is exceptional! The only negative from my time was there weren't any ball washers, shoe washers or water on the course. Bartlett Hills and other courses alike need to bring these back. One can't play a clean game with a dirty ball or shoes. Water is essential in life and it's important to stay hydrated. Thank you for a great time!

Great greens
Course in great shape, greens are great and super fast. New Bunkers on back side are great.

Were called in 3 different times due to weather sirens only finished 9 holes was not happy

Consistently good. Every time I play this course I love it. Always in good shape, greens are so smooth. Seems like it gets better every time I play it. Two thumbs up

Holiday golf
Playing on the Fourth of July can be challenging. The pace of play on this course was very slow due to just a couple of groups. There were big gaps and big bunches.This put a damper on it otherwise very good course experience.

Complete 180
Use to be a complete dump and that was a real shame cause the village owns a really cool golf course but wow has it changed the past few years. Greens are so fast! Fairways in outstanding shape and some bunkers have actual sand.
