Good value, great open layout, challenging greens, excellent public course
Very lovely golf course
The golf course is not the most challenging but it is in very good condition. The stuff is super nice and welcoming
Nice course well kept
This is the first time this year we played here and as usual it is well kept especially the fairways. The green fee is not too bad also. Two tumbs up!
Solid public track for the money
Big fairways, big greens, good length, greens rolled fine. All in all I was pleasantly surprised and will come play again.
Outstanding
This course was an outstanding condition after an early morning rain the drainage was proper and the course played tough shot 87 there the green got tricky at the close of the round.
Fun Course
This course is a fun change of pace. The par 3’s are challenging. Pat 4/5 holes are open but still difficult. The greens had tons of ball marks on them and weren’t easy to read. Overall, very fun course. Will be back.
NOPE
I purchased my tee time of GolfNow for $21, but it was 18 walking. I decided to rent a golf cart which cost $25. the whole purpose of purchasing this tee time was because it was cheaper, but adding a golf cart made the tee time pricey. The mangers explained that riding is $45, and I was paying the difference. I felt cheated, thinking I would be able to get a fair price for a tee time instead of a hike up the price when I got there just by adding a golf cart. Fairway is fabulous, ruff grass is long and full of dandelions, and greens are recently aired, so it's bumpy roll. with all that said I enjoyed the course.
Hopefully, highlands can work with GolfNow to add golf carts with tee time to get an actual saving instead of being a surprise when checking in.
Meh
No water stations out on course. No beverage cart. Play was extremely slow. No course marshal to push pace of play. Greens currently aerated.
