Course condition
Overall course was wet and putting area was wet as well. Water hazards make troubles for average level golfers.
Wonderful lay out and in perfectly good condition for the price. Glad to see this historic place before it’s gone.
Course is good shape, facilities are a dump
The course itself is a solid track. Nothing special, decent layout, fair conditions. But when we pulled up we thought were in the wrong place. Parking lot is destroyed and overrun with weeds.. Clubhouse is a dump. Pro shop was hard to find. They don't serve beer at the course (assuming their license lapsed and they're not sure how much longer they'll be in business). This is a solid track for a last minute booking if you just want to get out there, but they've seriously let the place go.
Solid all around given the rain
No one on the course as it was raining but it wasn’t in bad condition. A couple of fairways were wet which made chipping tough but overall a great experience with a great price.
Seen better days
This course was probably something years ago but as of now I don't think they maintained it very well for the price they charge greens are horribly diseased no true putting rough extremely long lost multiple balls if you are off the Fairway! Had lots of rain recently entire course smelled like a horse stable not their fault. Heard it's for sale, so they aren't really taking care of anything! Nice old clubhouse though!
Not going back!
Walking only.
Nice course and usually enjoy playing ithere. However Course was plagued by a week of rain and was so wet they had to impose walking only.. That hampered our play considerably. Since we paid in advance for carts will lbe looking for some kind of credit from GolfNow.
Clubhouse
Although the course is in fine shape, needs ball washers. Rakes are out and bunkers good. Also, I wish the owners would invest in reopening the clubhouse. Such a waste. Finally, the tee boxes need markers. Some holes are close to each other and its a guessing game which to go to next.
