Course needs money infusion
Have to be careful driving to clubhouse because you drive thru the 10th hole fairway…
Staff was great & so are golf carts with gps.
For the cost of a round I expected much better layout and condition of the course. Old ball cleaners and most didn’t have soap/water and towels where missing or half torn. Some bunkers had little sand.
Sadly it’s a 1 & done experience to golf at Ravisloe

Pace of play was just way too slow. Tee’d off before 9am and was on the course almost 5 hours. For a relatively short course, should be around in 4 hours 15, MAX. Didn’t see a ranger the whole day.
Course was in okay shape. Greens were kind of beat up and at some point hope they are able to redo some of the areas around cart paths.
Otherwise, enjoy playing this track.

Yesterday I played Ravisloe CC a Donald Ross designed course (now public) in Homewood. After all the rain this week I thought fairways, traps and greens were in very good shape. Relative to previous years trend there is now in the right direction and I considered it well maintained. I am definitely going to do it again.

People are great, course was awesome, bad issues with the golf cart technology but overall amazing time.

Pretty decent for an area with limited similar options
Course layout calls for Par 3, shirt Par 4 and another Par 3 in order on the front nine causing a big backup on a full tee sheet weekend. Back nine opens up but too little too late

Great round at good course just outside Chicago
First time playing here. Course was challenging, diverse, fun, and in great shape. Staff was very capable and friendly. Pretty good value for Chicago area public courses.
