Solid 9 Hole Suburban Course
If you want to get a quick 9 hole round that resembles a traditional 18 hole course over a typical par-3 or a short 9-hole course, this is the place to go. It offers a couple long holes, and the traditional par-3 and par-4 holes you will find on many 18 hole courses. Furthermore, the conditions were good with the fairways, rough, and greens in good condition.
The only complaints I can offer is there is no net off several holes that hug a road. This isn't about losing a ball, but more about safety since a slice will easily go onto the road or the neighborhood. I feel like for safety reasons their should be a net off several holes. The other issue is there is a bit of walk between a couple holes, and it's not labeled well how you cross the street, hug around a corner, then continue your round. Not a huge issue, but for a first-timer like myself it could be confusing for some. Otherwise, a very solid 9-hole course. I recommend it if you just want a quick 2 hour round.

Course Upkeep
The upkeep of the course has deteriorated seriously in the past three years. Bushes that are supposed to be three to four feet tall now are as high as 14 feet. Look along the west side of the 8th hole to see what I am talking about. I understand that money is difficult right now; however, maintaining aesthetics is basic to maintaining an attraction to playing the course. Additionally, the neglect of the course now has become a topic among Rob Roy residents. Previously, the trimming of the bushes, for example, along the 8th hole took 45 minutes of labor. The lost of prestige measured in dollars now far exceeds the money that should have been spent. In addition to this, it is an insult to your neighbors. There is now actually a 15 foot tree growing in the midst of the bushes!

Non-existent fairways
380 yard par 4 that’s fairway is only 40 yards wide. Enough said

Good Course
This is a nice 9 hole course at a reasonable price. If you only have time for 9 ‘‘tis is a good option.

Fun 9
This is a fun 9. Couple par 4s, nice to bring out a driver on a 9 a few times. The price seems to keep going up though. No changes to the course or added amenities, no real improvements, but the price keeps ticking up.

Slow Play Today
I played with my son on 06/16/20. The course was in pretty good shape. The pace was exceptionally slow as the threesome ahead of us was really playing slowly with no regard for anyone but themselves. The 9 hold round took a bit over 3 hours which is really sad.
