Streamwood golf course
Nice 9hole course with mostly wide fairways and friendly staff. My son and I were paired up with an older couple that were friendly and fun to play a round of golf with. We will be back
Bad customer service
Me and my friend got to Golfcourse 30 minutes . The I fry guy in golf shop says we have to wait to play at exactly at our tee time because we booked on Golfnow. . They must not like Golfnow, but why do they list their course on Golfnow and get business from them?. We went and putted for 30 minutes. Exactly on the button of our tee time, the guy gives us a cart key to go. No one teed off during the 30 minutes while we waited. This is a nice course, but unfriendly shop people make it hard to give it a positive rating. Don’t play here because of bad customer service.
Very average IL community course
The definition of average. Conditions are better than expected. You can play good golf here, but it’s nothing special in any way. Catch a deal and it’s worth a go to get a round in.
Tough course
Nice course that is definitely challenging. Course is in good shape. First course I have been to that charges an extra 12.00 dollars to be in cart alone. It appeared that they had an abundance of carts and it was not crowded, but according to the manager I spoke to, they adhere to this extra 12.00 dollar charge. They do not accommodate for COVID practices unless there is a charge. The carts are not separated by a divider like so many other courses I have been to. I had the pleasure of golfing with a very nice golfer who like myself was vaccinated. The inside of clubhouse was very clean and masks are required which is good. All in all I would play here again.
Streamwood oaks
Hard as a rock. Good for long drives but bad for holding a green with a wedge.
Challenging- water on every hole but NICE!
Excellent value for the money. People are very friendly there. Challenging course. Good place to play.
Stop treating Golf Now customer's like you don't want them
So I check in. Starter teams me up with a nice person. Starter says we need wait to tee off until the other twosome partner shows up. We don't know each other or the other twosome. There is no one on tee box. There is no one insight. But the Starter says we need to wait for the other twosome partner to show up. I ask why. Starter says it's a Golfnow rule. So let's wait despite no one on the tee box, no one in sight, so we can delay the next tee????? This is not the first time this starter has imparted idiot rules for Golfnow customers. Get this... We catch up to the next group after 4 holes. They let a 5 some out there... Rules?? Stop treating Golfnow customers like crap. What a way to make sure your customers feel welcome and start off in a good mood.
