Well worth the 25 minute drive to play this course. Always can expect a challenge to play each hole, but that is what I like. The condition of the course is always good. The landscaping and beautiful flowers are always pleasing. I feel this is good course for women. I do wish there was a restroom or two on the course.

As my title states this is not a links style course as stated in the course description, but thats okay, because the quality of this track would make any golfer forget all about that. Sand bunkers are manicured to perfection and the greens are 2nd to non!!

Love this course. Challenging and makes you use some strategy but still gives you risk reward opportunities. Greens are fast and smooth! Overall excellent course in this area.

The course layout was nice with elevation changes, blind tee shots, and a great mix of length. Played on a Thursday at 230 and it still was packed but finished in 3 hours. Would play again!!!

Nice mix of short and long par 4's. Great layout with some elevation changes. Took 3 hrs 45 min for a foursome starting at 4:25. Would play again. Only thing is the greens are a little bumpy but it was late in the day, it happens.

It looks like Japanese course. There are some up and down hills. Anyway, the maintenance condition was great.

Course was in great condition. Greens roll great and th bent grass in the fairway is perfect. Will play there many more times this year.

Beautifully keep course with a friendly staff. The carts were clean and ready to go. Challenging course with plenty of nice views. Hope to play again soon.

This is far and away my favorite course. Every time I play it, there's a new challenge on a different hole. They're all set up fairly, so if you're shooting well, you can definitely score pars and birdies. However, there's enough trouble to trip you up if you are off target.

Given that many courses in the area were closed due to the huge amounts of rain we've had in Central Indiana, Royal Hylands was in fantastic shape.

course from tee to green was in magnificent shape, despite heavy recent rains and "cart path only". Kudus to management and maintenance crew for outstanding job in keeping course open. Had not played course in about 15 years and was surprised with the new fairways. Look forward to playing again, despite the 50 mile drive. This course is a really nice piece of property and layout.

40 minutes away and well worth the trip. if you live any closer you are really missing out by not experiencing this beautiful course.

Royal Hylands may be central Indiana's best kept golf secret. For the money, it may be the best deal around. You may have to drive a little further to get to this course. But the low green fees will offset the gas cost. The course is always in excellent condition, and the staff is friendly. But this course is not for the faint of heart. This is one tough course with tight fairways and extremely fast and difficult greens. If you can't handle a challenge, you should go somewhere else.

One of my favorite layouts. Course is in great shape as it always is. Friendly staff and good practice facilities. Definitely worth the hour drive.

second time playing this course and love it. if i lived closer i would join. course in very good to excellent condition. only issue we had is they put sand on greens as we were playing so just a little slower than they would normally be. course isn't very long but some difficult greens make up for it. staff nice, snack lady nice, other players were nice. great experience.

This is a really nice course! The staff is unbelievably friendly, going out of there way, making sure that I enjoyed my time there. I live just outside Philadelphia and expected a very flat, uneventful, Golf Course. the front 9 is the exact opposite. The hills made me feel like I was nowhere near the Midwest. Course conditions were outstanding! I would definitely go back!
