Paradise Valley Golf Course

Course was great. The first 9 was quick. The second 9(because they started us on the back) came to a screeching halt. 15 minute wait at the tee boxes. Nobody was out pushing pace at all. Ended up leaving early because I wasn’t able to finish. Not did I want to wait that long at each box.

I’ve always have liked playing at Paradise Valley and this time around wasn’t much different.

Enjoyable course each time we play it. Definitely will be back again.

Greens still a bit bumpy but it’ll probably get better in about another week or so. Always a fun course to play. One of my favorites!

We had a si some ahead of us and it seems the staff didn’t care. The pace was so bad that the twosome playing with us quit on #14.

Took over 3hrs to play just the front 9 has to quit after 9

The course was in great condition . The greens were still a little bumpy from being aerated but still nice to play on. The staff are very nice, very helpful. Fairfield is lucky to have such good greens keepers

From the whites on the front nine, you have to hit solid drives on wide fairways to have decent 2nd shots and on the back nine more accurate drives on shorter holes. Entertaining all the way around.

On April 2nd, tee time was 251pm. We started a few minutes prior & then when we got around Hole 4. Everything came to a complete stop. We had to wait numerous minutes from there on out. We saw a group of 8 golfing with each other. A twosome that was just cutting in front of people to speed up their play, but slowed everyone else up. The back 9 was even worse. At around 7pm ish, we were only on hole 15 & the sun was setting fast. We had to call it. No marshal in site all day.

Love the layout. Well maintained. Will definitely be back

What a fantastic experience. Flew in from Atlanta for a couple of days for work, and saw this course near our hotel. Booked it in a whim, and wasn’t disappointed. The conditions were excellent; still remnants of the aeration punch marks. Beautiful views and fun layout. Friendly design that doesn’t try to punish its players, but if you loose a ball…well, you deserve it. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely play again when in the area.

My co-worker and I kept saying we could play this course everyday if it was near us. What a gem. Factoring in the price, I felt like I was stealing from the course. If you are in town, play it. You won’t be disappointed.

When I checked in and said I had a golf now the guy behind the counter acted like he didnt know what Golf Now was. Anyway he looked up my T time and said he found my name. I was a single. Asked me if I was riding. I said it comes with a cart right? He said yes but your not riding by yourself....you "will" share a cart with someone. He definitely had and attitude it a way that said don't even think of questioning me. Even though I could have raised a issue....especially with Covid and the fact that I saw numerous people riding single I just said fine. The guy that ended up riding with me I was ready to choke by the end of the round as I guess my driving skills didn't meet his expectations. Wanted me to get closer to his ball, in areas I wasn't suppose to drive, get in the shade while waiting to play the next shot and so on. Also they punched and sanded the greens over a month ago and they were still in bad shape. Big holes and bumpy greens and still asking regular prices for golf. I use to like this course but heard they were under a new manager from a friend that works there and that he's a jerk and doesn't have a clue. I won't be back for a long time.

Course is great but the pace of play was slow. Even with Marshall passing through several times, I am surprised it took over 5 hours to okay 18.
