#5 not my favorite
Fairways were good shape, greens were punched about a week or so ago. Rolling slow. Played as a single in just over 3 hours afternoon. A couple groups let me play thru. For the price, probably best deal in Sonoma county. Nice layout. Number 5, pat 3, from blues probably the toughest hole on course. 200+ yards, Crowned green all around.
Valley Moon review
This is a full moon review. A wonderful golf course and a challenge for a golf hacker like me. But what a great time and very nice people playing in front, behind and with us today. Try it, you like it! They need to open the bar and food services but otherwise near perfection.

Other than the greens were a bit sandy and the rough was pretty long, the course was in very good condition .
need to mow the grass
I was told two versions: they had two broken mowers, & they didn't have enough staff to do the mowing.
either way the first cut was over 9 inches high and the fairways were unable to roll at all the grass badly needed mowing. it was recently aerated which I don't mind; we had to play the same nine twice. when my ball rolled into the first cut it disappeared into 9 inch high grass never to be found again!

There is no restaurant open. The rough is really high and is near impossible to hit out of. I do like the clubhouse remodel.
Great Day
Last minute round of golf, what a beautiful day & a beautiful course!
We never had to wait, played as a twosome and had an absolute blast.
Solid Course
The course and tee boxes were in excellent conditions and the price was extremely affordable.
No alcohol beverages.
Easy course to walk.
Fun time!
Fun course. We had an early tee time at 7:30 am and arrived at 7:00. Checked in, hit some balls on the range and headed out 3rd up. It wasn't very crowded so we went off as a twosome. Pace of play was great, after a few holes there was no one in front or behind - felt like we had the place to ourselves. Rough wasn't mowed, so a bit tough to get out of that. They seemed to be mowing it that day, so maybe it would have been better the following day. Greens were hard and fast - lots of 3-putts from my group. All in all - fun course, nice views.
Good shape, stay out of the rough!
Course is in good shape. If you game has you missing fairways a lot, expect to spend time looking for your ball in rough just off fairway.

Nice course. Greens were very tough, but fair
Good condition. Decent place of play for a Sunday. 4.5 hours. Greens were in great shape, and man were pin placements challenging. Interesting layout in a neighborhood. A nice place to go low.
Poor Shape
Fairways not groomed evenly. Rough totally ignored. Too much fertilizer on the greens. Tee boxes in bad shape and ladies tee boxes in the uncut rough. Not good.
