About
Ocean City Golf Club boasts 36 holes of championship golf. The Seaside Course opened in 1959 and it was later joined by the Newport Bay Course. Both offer scenic views of the surrounding marshes and bay. Newport Bay is a formidable challenge but it will test your ability to think strategically, not your distance. Strategically placed bunkers come into play and the subtle contours of the landscape were utilized to their full extent. The course is a formidable test but it is player friendly enough to appeal to all skill levels. The golf course also touts some of the most scenic views on the Mid-Atlantic coast, although the surroundings are more Carolinian in feel. Both of Ocean City's courses offer something different. Seaside has a more traditional design but both offer plenty of variety.

In great condition, friendly staff
Course in great shape despite recent aeration (well healed already) and severe lack of rain. Pace was awesome for a Saturday in august.

Newport Bay always a replay
Played as a single and met couple really cool guys and we had a blast. Course for the most part is in good shape. Some tee boxes a little chewed up but that’s to be expected. Fantastic layout and a fair course, not overly hard. I felt the sand traps were good, too bad I wound up in a few of em. If you’re in the area it check it out for sure. Especially if at a lower rate. I believe I got it for only $64 with cart
Golf Heaven - amazing views and fun golf !
First time playing at Ocean City Golf Club. It was a lovely experience playing the course. Lovely views and enjoyable course layout ! Would love to come back and play this course again.
Great Course
Aiways a good round of golf at Newport Bay- back nine is very scenic with some challenging holes
Beautiful But Challenging
I played Ocean City—Newport Bay on a sunny day with winds likely gusting more than 35 miles/hour. The course (especially the back nine) has gorgeous views of inland bays but that openness made the windy conditions very difficult to play in. The extremely slow foursome in front of us made things worse, especially their lack of good course etiquette which the marshal did not come out and correct. This was my second round there and would consider playing there again as the course poses a good challenge under more normal conditions, but will definitely think twice about playing there again on a gusty day.
Great corse with fantastic views
Had a great day. Course was in great shape. Very playable with any handicap level.
Course was great but with no gps in carts or layouts of the holes available on the scorecards it leaves you guessing on a number of holes.
Exceptional
The course was in exceptional shape and the staff was professional and courtesy also the new improvement to the clubhouse was surprise.
