Ocean Pines Golf Club

Booked the tee time on TeeOff, and was not aware that it was Cart Path Only. The pace of play was very slow, almost a 5 hour round on a Monday in November. Further, the tee boxes were in less than good condition, several bare spots and long grass. The fairways and greens were very good. The leaves along the fairways in the rough were also annoying, as there were instances where there were piles and if you strayed too far off, it was a lost ball....yeah I know you need to keep it in the fairway, but....

Oddly, the tee boxes are the worst part of the course right now. Greens and Fairways a bit firm because of lack of rain. Other than a very slow five hour round it was well worth the hot deal price. This course like so many others, raising the prices and takes advantage of tourism and penalizes anyone that lives local. It’s a shame I have to rely on hot deals to come play at this wonderful course

We played 16 holes slowly, taking 5 hours and 30 minutes. We left because eight carts were backed up at the 17th hole. Upon returning the cart, we were advised to speak to the pro shop to address the issue.

However, when we did, they informed us that people do what they want at this golf course and took no action. We only saw the marshal once at the 3rd tee.

I won't be playing this course again, and I wouldn't recommend it due to the slow pace and the unhelpful/rude employees.

Overall the course was in decent shape but it seemed like every tee box was messed up. Between grass bit mowed for probably a week and dead grass all over, they should not be charging 95$ for a tee time. Or at least throw in range balls for free

Course was in great shape. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and more attentive. We had a twosome in front of us who were very slow. Ranger approached them more than once and moved them along.

We had a really nice round at Ocean Pines. The course was in very nice shape, very good cost value. We enjoyed the round and the very nice staff. Our foursome had very different handicaps, but all of us enjoyed the afternoon.

The maintenance on this course is really going downhill. Every single sand bunker was not maintained, weeds growing in them and hard! Fairways are getting take. over with weeds and greens were damaged on top of bed so slow that we’re almost gonna play. Couple of them completely overbooking. On Labor Day and you have a disastrous golf day. This used to be a much better maintain course not sure what happened. so unfortunate

Tee boxes in poor condition. Crab grass everywhere and bare spots.

Fairways in nice condition.

Greens very slow. Balls marks were very few so that was a plus. Greens had been aerated about 2 was prior, Pro shop should have given a price break or some perks.

Hot & humid so cold bottled water was frequently offered during the round.

In my opinion, Ocean Pines is always a pleasure to play
