About
Nestled in the foothills of the Catoctin Mountains about 15 minutes from Fredricksburg, Glade Valley Golf Club has been selected as a top-100 golf course in the Mid-Atlantic region by Washington Golf Monthly. The Jim Reck design, which opened in 1990, has a nice mix of woods, water, natural habitat and sand traps that will test golfers, but the golf course isn't overly difficult.

Value is worth it.
Today , 3/22/21, was a good day for golf. Plenty of sunshine. The pace was very good. The staff was very friendly.
Sofa king slow
We’ve made it to the 11th tee. It’s been literally 3 hours since we teed off. Does this course understand the concept of having a ranger?? JFC.

We work hard to accommodate everyone who visits our course and allow our guest the chance to complete their rounds. Good layout
This is a good course for a beginner. Good course for a walker. This course was good about 8 to 10 years ago, since than, the course has been deteriorating gradually.
The bunkers have no sand. Too many bare spots even on the fairways. Many times, the color of the flags do not correspond with the position of the holes. I see too many unrealistic 5 star reviews.
Management need a wake up in maintaining a golf course.
