Oak Quarry Golf Club

This is a must play if in the area. Always wanted to play. The course is in great shape. Greens too true. Putts are more straight than they look. Beautiful scenery on so many holes with the quarry rock in background. #16 the signature hole is a great hole. The only thing was that the pace of play got slow on the back 9. Other than that it was a great day of golf and a great course.

A great chorus carved into a quarry. Not a walking course unless you're an Olympian. The carts were wonderful very nicely padded seats without any tears or imperfections. They give you two bins for ice on either side of the cart. The course was in fantastic condition the greens were perfect and the grounds were well taken care of. Just watch out for the heavy rough it will get ya. The restaurant inside has a very nice menu for anybody to have a good meal. We had quite refreshing bloody Mary's which were equally as good as the meal. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The course that everybody should play.

Paid $166 to play a beautiful chorus that was in the condition of a very average $40 course. Disappointing to see that the greens are in such bad shape, they have plenty of grass, but very lumpy and the ball did not roll true it was completely unexpected for the $166 we played we paid.

I’ve golf tier many times, and I don’t know how many times I’m coming back unless big changes are made to the staff in taking care of the course

I played here many years ago, so for all intents this was my first time. I think the course in the quarry looks great. The buildings show their age some. the cart I had took me up and down and all around with no effort. I was reminded of another quarry course, Dos Lagos GC. It's good to get of town and its flat courses just to shake you up. Happy golfing, Folks.

Bunkers need some work ,vary hard ,lacking some sand ,other than that great layout and beautiful course.

We got the Oak Quarry mercy rate of $70 each. Its typical Oak Quarry. Bunkers leave a lot to be desired. Fairways were good with some browning in spots.

The high rate for weekends in the high 100s and 200s is not a good value at all. If you just pay it without objection it will go even higher.

I recommend this course at a rate under $100

Awesome surroundings and views. BUT… first two greens were ok, most others were lumpy, spotty and all hopes were opt punched properly all had volcano effect. Greens need to be manicured and rolled. Fairways were ok , rough was thick and challenging but already showing stress and hot weather has not yet arrived. Great track itself , smart play makes it a friendly course for an experienced player but fun for a higher handicapper No. Course services/cart… one employee said they stopped during Covid and decided to keep saving $$ and not offer it. Pro shop well equipped and friendly,, clubhouse dates but food was good. Great views but wouldn’t go back at the price for what you get.
