Oak Quarry Golf Club

It’s really not worth the price to play at such a slow pace. My friends and I were once regulars stopped going about a year ago because of this reason. We decided to try it again because we do love the course itself, but nothing has changed and I don’t think we will be going back anytime soon.

Awesome course.

Just make sure you have plenty of drinks when you get out you don’t see club house till hole 18 or any concessions or cart girls in the middle of play.

Very surprised to have tee’d off a few minutes after our teetime. Usually a horrible start to the first new 1st teebox now that the 1st tee use to be 17. Pace of play was slow in the beginning but got better after it he back 9.. But my only complaint is the pricing . We oaid $165 from GN . Not sure why the prices have increased since covid. But the course quality hasnt changed. Control of the 1st teebox is key and the starter did just that. But dont allow other groups to roll down to the teebox until the group has tee’d off. Hold groups back.

Challenging course with lots of bends, slope, pace, speed, etc. fairways were super soft.

They’ve let this course go and don’t maintain it anymore. Worst bunkers in so cal. Oak quarry used to be elite, now it’s a run down budget course that still thinks it’s worth 60-120$. That’s laughable, and I will not be playing this course anymore until management/investors fix the course and maintain it properly.

They need to make some serious changes.

This place has gone way downhill, the bunkers haven’t been good for a long time, but that used to be the only thing bad. Now it looks like the maintenance crew quit on them. This is the worst I’ve ever seen this course. I can’t imagine who would pay the outrageous $175 weekend green fee. Goose Creek is now king of the I.E.,, it’s always in great condition and a great value compared to Joke Quarry….oops I mean Oak Quarry.

View is spectacular and layout is fun, but literally the longest round I have ever played. Zero course management and pace of play is terrible. Won’t be playing here again

This is by far my favorite course in all of Southern California.

Great time golfing had at the quarry had a third join our twosome we played from the blacks he played the blues and was absolutely cool to have seen the play from both tee boxes . Some of the bunkers had some growth in them and a couple of the sand traps where hard but stay on the greens and you won't notice any of that .
