Grandview Golf Club

The Grandview is one of the best courses in MI and certainly the very best in Kalkaska county!

The course was in great shape. The greens were extremely fast though. It looked like they were redoing some tee boxes with sod and gearing up for an early fall which up north happens. For the price point it wasn’t great. The back nine was much more longer than the front and was preferred. The grill wasn’t open around the time we got there at 1030. If they could improve the clubhouse a bit it would make all the difference. This is a hidden gem that I will surely come back to play again!

The staff and other players were very courteous.. The maintenance workers were very helpful and friendly.

Layout is very nice and it lives up to the name.course condition was excellent .wr couldn’t read the green but they were pristine.good value

First time to play here this year. I am fortunete to play some very good courses in the area and took advantage of a steal of a deal. I write this because the couse was in excellent condition but especially the greens were superb! Best greens of the season - well done!

Golfed in many places in northern michigan. This is a hidden gem. Staff was very friendly. I will definitely be back and recommend this to my friends.

Excellent day of golf; weather was perfect; pace of play was okay for a Saturday just after lunch. Great course; with a lot of blind shots.

His was the first time I have played Grandview and both my friend and I were pleasantly surprised. When we pulled into the parking lot we were met by a golf cart tp load our clubs. The course was in very good shape, the greens rolled very true and faster than anticipated. The layout was very nice using the rolling hills of the property. This is a nice course for the price.

My first time playing. I was greeted in the parking lot and felt welcomed at the course. Very courteous employees.

Great shape. Perfect greens were a little hard to read.

Bluegrass rough was not hard to hit out of. Some short par 4’s and long par 3’s. Cart paths easy to navigate for first time.

Management knows how to treat customers. I usually encounter young wannabe golf pros working the counter with absolutely no hospitality skills. Not here. They know repeat customers are the key to success.

The course was in excellent condition. Newer golf carts.

The greens are extremely tricky to read but are in great shape. The course rates right up there with the exclusive resort courses that Northern Michigan is known for.

We had a perfect day to enjoy this beautiful course and the crew had it in pristine condition. All the crew were very friendly and helpful and the pretzel balls are a MUST if you golf this course, simply delicious!

Even though it was raining the course remained firm and playable. The greens were in outstanding shape. This course has many changes in evaluation which adds to its mystic. The views are incredible. This is a course me and my friends will play again. The price is great for this well groomed course. I would call this course a hidden gem for Kalkaska, Michigan.
