Cape Royal Golf Club - Queen/King

Some absolute plum used my email account to sign up for various golfing needs. Very annoying.

Even more annoying that companies, such as this one, don’t verify the email address they’re provided.

An email from a business that wasn’t solicited is spam. I’m basically dealing with spam.

Avoid at all costs.

I’m coming back...pace of play was fantastic, 3 1/2 hours, greens were very nice, pretty wet around the greens and some fairways. Staff, from the bag drop, the starter and club house were helpful and friendly. This course will get a lot of repeat business

Course was way over booked : play was not slow but it came to a standstill 3 foursomes waiting on many holes so not worth the money

A nice combination of room off the tee and interesting enough around the greens to make you pay attention. Lots of tee choices. Tips out to around 6500 yards. Not particularly difficult. Fairways decent, rough sparse, tees okay, greens average condition but roll pretty true and hold approaches well.

Played this course a few times this year for first time ever. I am a 12 and wife is a 20 handicap. We really enjoyed the layout Fun course which will challenge all golfers. Lots of risk/reward holes. Some spots on some greens sanded, but it is busy season and maintenance is on top of it. Staff is amongst the nicest Ive seen in 30 years of golf belonging to two private clubs. Restaurant is fun with great menu and food. I am looking forward to a return round. Go for lunch, hit the range and play. Make a day of it. Range not the best, but fits the purpose of getting loose. Putting and chipping greens are fine.

I avoided this course for many years because of reviews from playing partners. I recently played with someone who indicated prior concerns were no longer valid. I played late day with brisk winds (It is Fla.) & found the course to be in average condition although the greens were good with moderate pace. The staff was friendly & accommodating. I will certainly play again hopefully at off hours (it was very crowded) It is a bargain for High Season in SW Florida.

I enjoy playing Cape Royal because it is always in good condition & the greens roll fair & true. The staff, from the club house to starter & rangers are very friendly & the cart girl is cute & accommodating.

We played for the first time. I was very impressed with the staff and the course. It is a challenging but not overwhelming. I look forward to returning

We Play this course regularly when here vacationing. Now have moved to the area and plan to play more often. We payed for 9 holes this time but were only able to play 8 as new irrigation system being installed. Pro shop and starter didn't communicate this information to us and was a total surprise when we rolled up on the crew hard at work. I'm all for on course improvements but a little communication goes a long way. We would have just liked to know beforehand.

We really enjoyed our day playing golf at this course. The pace of play was really good and we started right on time.
