Golfer Reviews
Fun course
Conditions are okay. Pace was a little slow. Overall it’s a decent course.
Bad shape
Fairways and rough were so short it’s basically hard pan. Several tee boxes were sand (not cool to tee off from a sand trap) green mats were on some tee boxes because of the lack of grass. I hope they are working on the course. As is I wouldn’t want to play the course again.
Great course for value.
This course is nicely laid out with a nice variety of holes. The conditions are a little ehh but I also understand this is a terrible time of year to judge the conditions of any course. The greens we’re definitely quite nice though. Club house is gorgeous and staff very accommodating. I would say they can easily raise their prices when T boxes and fairways improve. Overall very pleased with it and will play again.
Worth a try
This course is out of the way and pretty blue collar, so if you're looking for the non-country club feel, you'll like it. It is pretty cramped in its layout at points, making missed shots dangerous for others on the course. Our pace of play was hindered by the groups ahead of us who were playing to a near 6 hour pace. Course conditions were decent, and perhaps will get better when winter is over. Carts and clubhouse were rough. If you need to get some practice in, or your non-golfing friends want to go somewhere they can be themselves, this is the place.
Winter tules
Unfortunately we played here in the winter which was difficult to judge , even though the layout is nice nothing was overcseeded makes for a tuff second shot,
Good value on golf now
Little sloppy after the rains but fun and challenging
Group Play
My friend and went here to play and showed up 20 minutes before our tee time. The course allowed a group of 20+ to play sunday . The marshall directed us to play the back 9, while we finished the back 9 in an hour…it took us 3 hours to finish the front 9. Be aware of sunday groupings here.
Badon this day.
Maybe rain was a factor but the greens had not been mowed. I expected more than slow, chunky greens.
