About
With its neighbors being the Santan Range and Superstition Mountain, it is no wonder Power Ranch Golf Club (formerly known as Trilogy Golf Club at Power Ranch) is known for its spectacular views. Although this championship golf course is near a residential area, the course architect, Dick Bailey, insists the homes were routed to accommodate the golf course and not vice versa. The holes amble through the cleansed desert of the Queen Creek wash, which features plenty of interesting elevation changes. Strategically placed mounding and bunkers are situated throughout the golf course. Water hazards also come into play on a few holes. Four sets of tee boxes are available to test experienced golfers and allow beginners to enjoy Power Ranch Golf Club as well.

Golfer Reviews
Disappointing Customer Service and Poor Management Decisions
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Power Ranch Golf Club. After paying, warming up and after hitting my first tee shot, I was informed that a single golfer would be joining our group and sharing my cart. I had been riding alone, so naturally I questioned why this was necessary, particularly when another single golfer I was playing with was not required to double up.
The lack of consistency and transparency was frustrating. If management is going to make decisions that directly affect a paying customer’s experience, the least they can do is apply the same rules fairly and communicate those decisions professionally.
As a 2.7 handicap golfer who takes the game seriously, I understand pace of play and course operations. This wasn’t about refusing to accommodate another golfer. It was about how the situation was handled and the apparent inconsistency in how golfers were treated.
Power Ranch needs to do better when it comes to customer service, communication, and management’s judgment. Golfers pay for an enjoyable experience, and the way a course treats its customers matters just as much as the condition of the course.
Based on this experience, I was left with a very poor impression of Thompson management.
Golf experience
Visiting Arizona played power ranch in March needed to play again. Nice layout, greens were true. Will again when in Arizona
Nice Layout, Good Shape
Other than a few bare spots on or near a couple of greens, course in excellent shape. Staff was friendly and helpful!! Will make this a part of all my AZ trips.
Recommended!
The “flyover” for each hole on the website makes it look like formiddable target golf. Instead the fairwaiys are plenty forgiving. Course was in great shape tee to green, traps playable and greens rolled true. Although approach shots left no divots the greens held. Interesting layout, nice views. Staff was friendly, range balls included. Great rate on GolfNow. Will definitely go back.
Fun track
Course was in great shape. Greens roll true, some patchy spots but mostly good shape. Fairways are forgiving even if you slice there's grass to play from. Fun round with local members, will play again.
Great course and facility
Great experience as always at Power Ranch. Staff was great golf course is in great condition and the restaurant has great food. Not a member but love coming here to play.
