About
Located in the east valley, the Sunland Village Golf Course is an 18-hole course with a traditional layout. The semi-rolling landscape of the course features subtle elevation changes and tall, mature trees sprinkled throughout. The medium-sized greens are slightly undulating and the fairways are tree-lined. There are also ponds on the course that come into play on many holes. A notable hole is the par-3 16th. It is a mere 86 yards, but it requires a precise shot past water to the green. The Sunland Village Golf Course facility has three different putting and chipping greens for golfers to use as well as a driving range.

grass is suffering
extreme heat has taken a toll on the grass, we need rain soon.
Greens
Fairway is pretty good. Rough was okay but the greens were actually very puttable. Very breathable slightly fast but you could definitely catch on after a couple holes. Really enjoyed it
Setting up for aireation.
The course was brutally dry. An employee said they were scheduled for aireation.
Deteriorating Beautiful Course
We have played Sunland Village many many times in the past. This particular time, the course has had a severe lack of care taken to it. Patches on greens, fairways have many spots where seating and water would be helpful and generally, the deterioration is very sad.
THE best short course in the valley!
My sons and I truly enjoy this course for many reasons. We are all good golfers who love a shorter course to sharpen our short game skills while enjoying the lower cost to do so. This course is very well maintained with decent greens and plenty of challenging holes with water and decent bunkers. The restaurant is excellent with good food and a nice bar, too.

For a short course it's alway in great shape and staff is awesome. One of my favourite courses!

Very busy but pace was ok, staff are great and fellow golfers are good people also.,
Nice little course
We were impressed by how well this course was maintained. Green grass everywhere. We saw none of the dead brown grass that is common on lower priced courses in Arizona. Loved it!
