This beautiful facility is located on 270 pristine acres at the North end of the Grand Strand. Blessed with a unique topography and large mature trees, the course meanders down to the inter-coastal waterway with scenic vistas to distract you at every turn.
This 6900 yard Clyde Johnston design is owned and managed by the same group that developed the fabled Heather Glen links and the service you have grown to expect from this organization is evident the moment you drive up to the clubhouse. Give this course a try the next time you vist the Myrtle Beach area. You won't be disappointed!

Always one of my favorites. Never disappoints. It is in good shape again this year.

Great people nice views but not worth the super premium green fees to play
not handycap friendly
if you have a handycap play some where else they will not help set cart to a handycap mode. many holes have long walks from cart llimits to the green. on a few occasions the cart would stop before reaching the cart limits.signs. I had to skip several holes one hole was a parr 4 cart path only. I guess they don't care about the american diisablity law. the layout was great and views were some of the best i have seen. It was not up to resort standards.
Can’t miss
If you’re looking for nice fairways and perfect greens, then you found it. The views on the intercostal waters are unbelievable. If you want to know you’re going to enjoy your round,, this course is a can’t miss!!!
Soggy
The course was very wet from 3 days of storms. The wet part was understandable but the rude starters, unkept areas, and general overall impression is not what I have grown to expect in Myrtle Beach. Next trip I will be back at Tidewater.
Fantastic!!
Absolutely fantastic day at Glen Dornach! Course was in great shape, fairways greens and tees were all great. Greens rolled fast and true. The staff are so friendly, the starter and bag drop men are such a nice team! 10/10 day!

Clubhouse was inviting and classic charm.
Challenging Course
Drivable par 4’s and long par 5’s. You’ve got to be straight and accurate on distance. You could shoot your best round or lose a couple sleeves of balls. Beautiful course right on the ICW. I will be back for more.
Good but Challenging
beautiful scenery throughout coarse, very deep sand traps, challenging variety of holes.
4hr 30min for 15 holes
Took 4 and 1/2 hours to play just 15 holes.
Got fed up and left after #15.
The course layout is interesting and challenging but the greens were pretty bad. Spotty and bouncy.
The pro did say they were slow recovering from aeration but very close to normal... Terrible.
Play
It is a very nice coarse. It is for the person who can hit a long ball. A lot of hard spots for me.
