The course was in general good conditions although some tee boxes need work. .The greens were in very good shape and running fast, especially for some of the pin placements which were tough. Rangers came around with water which was rally needed based on the heat. The biggest problem is that the Legends uses 8 minute tee time spacing which cases overcrowding. On most par fours there were three groups so you to wait on every shot. Should not happen on a premium course. Also the cart paths need to be redone.

Driving range disappointing, Cart paths in extremely poor shape, greens on 15 and 17 awful, great layout and enjoyable.

I’ve been playing this course each year for 30 years. I couldn’t be more disappointed that LEGENDS new owner wants to charge me more and give me less. Course is dried up, tee boxes awful. Used to be lower rates and included lunch and two drinks. If you charge me more I expect improved conditions, not worse!! So many better courses for the money. Don’t fall for this money grab!!

The course wasn’t in the greatest shape, it is early April, but the layout and views are awesome, staff was very friendly from the starter to the lady who served us lunch.

Very good golf course. Some very difficult holes. Lots and lots if Alligators. Very cool to see on the course!!!!

This course offers everything. Great staff, views for days, challenging golf shots, and a few alligators

We played Oyster Bay, an old favorite of ours, for the first time in at least 15 years. While we enjoyed it, we noticed that the cart paths were in pretty rough shape and course conditioning was pretty average. The tee sheet was filled until our 2:10 pm time, so I assume it is still popular with tour groups, but I would hope its owners start to reinvest to keep this unique layout viable. Greens were very slow and no one seems to rake the traps. Maybe winter was unusually harsh this year???

Played the weekend and despite raising concerns with slow play from the groups ahead, nothing was done by the staff to remedy it. There were several twosomes which were not allowed to play through, which the staff declared as ‘up to the players not the golf course staff’. Unacceptable especially at the weekend. We walked off on 15 as there were at least 3 groups per hole in front of us and no sign of any staff monitoring or keeping play moving.

Disappointing.

Very poor job managing split tees. No rangers on the course. Will not be back.
