Eagle Creek Golf Club

I love this course and it’s typically in great shape. Unfortunately, the greens were very recently aerified and that information should have been disclosed at the time I booked my tee time. The fees were not lowered accordingly and I’d rather play on good greens at that price. Give the greens another 3 weeks to heal!

I booked this round through Golf Now. There was no mention that the course was just aerated. Additionally only the back nine was open for play. I fault Golf Now for this problem,not the course. The staff was very apologetic for the conditions of the course,although I realized the course was just doing regular summer maintenance.

On a positive note the fairways were great. Again, the staff was very pleasant and apologetic.

When we got to the golf course we were told the front nine were closed due to aeration and repairs and we had to play the back nine twice. The greens in the back nine were sanded. I had no advance notification of this when I booked but got an e-mail one hour after my tee time offering to cancel and re-scheduled. We ended up playing but greens were not suitable to putt. Should get a refund for this and my $10 credit back. l

Eagle Creek was in great shape. It is nice to be able to play here again while the price is down. We love the track and it is always in good shape.

Play as a twosome we were done in two hours and 45 minutes. All staff that we encountered were very nice and friendly. Course in pretty good shape, considering the heat in central Florida, grains were a little slower than expected, but they rolled nicely.

First time playing and will be back!

I got to the course and no one was there to greet me. I had to grab my own cart. Round was prepaid. No ice or towel in the cart. Pace of play was very slow because there was a foursome of kids in front who failed to wave us through. No cart girl even though it was 95 degrees. At the turn the snack shop was closed. Overall bad experience!

Course was in good shape, but the round took about 5 and a half hours to play. Guess we can’t control who plays in front of us

As a pro-am professional, got recommended this course by a buddy. Will never step foot here again regardless of the price. Pace of play absolutely sucked, called the pro shop and they didn’t give two craps. Asked for a ranger multiple times. Ended up leaving by the 10th hole and cut all ties. Greens weren’t bad but fairways and rough were horribly kept. Find another course.

A great course to spend a few hours, doing what we golfers enjoy.

The last time I played here was 7 or 8 years ago. Nowhere near as many houses on the course and it was a beautiful layout. The layout is still good but not as appealing. I was excited to finally get a chance to play it again as I usually can’t find a suitable tee time when I am in the area. The greens had been punched a few weeks ago and weren’t quite all the way back yet. I was matched with another single and a twosome. All of them were extremely slow approaching their balls and reading putts and looking for balls they didn’t seem to know the 3 minute rule. The ranger caught us on the 10th hole and said we were two holes behind the group in front of us and we needed to catch up. After a few holes I think they forgot about what he said. 4:30 to play with nobody in front of us. The course wasn’t in as good of condition as years ago, and a little overpriced for punched greens.

Greens recently punched and lots of weed patches on the greens. The rest of the course looked unkept. Lots of weeds and overgrowth. Not what I have been accustomed to at Deer Creek
