Eagle Creek Golf Club
About
Eagle Creek is a British style course, from the bunkers to the chipping areas. It is a new 18-hole 7,198 yard-Par73 championship Orlando golf course and is located minutes from Orlando International Airport, near Lake Nona. Ron Garl and Howard Swan collaborated to design a course that has an old world charm with modern amenities. Eagle Creek is the first course in Florida to use the technologically advanced Mini-Verde grass, resulting in exceptionally fast and vibrant greens. Eagle Creek is a designated Audubon Silver Signature Course with lush landscaping and challenging play that features over 90 white sand bunkers reminiscent of those found in Scotland and England, with extensive bulkheads embracing water hazards and over 1,500 trees lining its breathtaking fairways.

Golfer Reviews
Great price! A few wet spots but overall very good! Greens were great!
Great shape
The course us in great shape. The greens had been punched aboutca week earlier, so they were a bit slow. Other than that, it's in great shape.
Wet but good
Very nice course for the price. The greens were true but a bit slow. They had been punched recently but were maintained well.
Duped
Greens punched 2 days prior. No alert given on Golf Now.
Eagle Creek.
Disappointed in not knowing on Golf Now that the greens were just aerated and sanded. Would not have paid the rate of 74 per round for that type of conditions. Putts were not true, sand was thick and VERY SLOW
Greens unputtable
Course was fine. But the greens had been aerated and sanded. Basically unputtable. I know it’s basic and expected course maintenance. I just wish I’d known it up front so we could have played elsewhere. It was a 3-generation outing (me, my son, and my dad) and this sorta spoiled some of the experience I anticipated.
Sometimes, yes, sometimes no
I really enjoy the layout of Eagle creek. Of course conditions are always good. Greens have been punched a couple weeks ago but we found out they’re gonna be punched again August 17 and 18th. These greens have a lot of grain. They need time to heal. Scott in the cart barn is a rockstar. This place always gets a lot of play so considering that it’s always in pretty good shape.
Not the greatest
The last aeration of the greens added to the uneven mowing (looked like mower skipped across the greens) made the greens bumpy, slow and inconsistent. We’ll probably wait a couple of weeks to try it again.
Creek time
Love this course. Great layout and is priced right for this time of year. Greens were verticut recently but didn’t effect putts at all other then perhaps a bit slower
Conditions are rough
Greens were not in the best shape.
The rough was rather tall and thick like it hadn’t been cut in a while.
The fairways were being cut as we played but apparently they hadn’t been cut for a while leaving a lot of clumps.
I assume with a little TLC the ola e will be back to normal.
Needs some TLC
Greens were mediocre at best.
They need to do a better job of mowing even
the fairways.
My review
Typical course in Florida , in season the courses are in top shape, seasons over ( in summer ) the course needs love specifically the greens, but they charge a higher price based who they are !
